I drove all way from Miami to this salon to get a keratin treatment and hair cut That I purchased as a package from living social. The parking is ridiculous, nothing close to the store. I had to park at the gas station on the other side of the parking lot. The landscapers were there so all the crap was blowing all over the place. When we got inside i waited because everybody was too busy laughing then finally someone came. I told her I had an appointment and a Spanish lady came from behind the wall and did not speak any English and demanded I speak her language which I said I speak English. She then tells the receptionist to translate to me that after evaluating my short and what she considers thick hair it will be an additional $30.00 which I will not pay I said. I told her my package includes a haircut and my hair will be shorter so it wont take as much keratin as she thinks. They said oh your getting a haircut and I said yeah its included. The receptionist said well no one ever gets the haircut! I said did you even bother to ask me what I wanted all youve done both is tell me its more money. They both went around in circles explaining to me the cost several times which Im not deaf I understand. I told them plain and simple you either do it at No additional cost or we dont do it and I cancel the voucher. Instead of going in circles. I was so frustrated with them talking back and forth in Spanish, I understood everything they said because I learned in school but thats as far as it goes. How unaccomadating to a client assuming I must know Spanish. I just canceled the voucher while I was there. I will never go there again. I would give it no stars if I could.

The hair dresser Sonny will sell you a dream, that he has done this for decades but he ruined my hair! My hair is blonde and was whole and beautiful, he layered it unevenly when I asked him only to take the damaged tips off, he over processed it with a product I have no idea what it was although he charged me for a japanese straightening! I had grown my hair out for so long and finally trusted someone to enhance the beauty and what he did was destroy it like an amateur, very sad and disappointed, trying to get my money back and now waiting for my hair to grow back, pay the extra ladies, go somewhere with true professionals.

It was a nice environment; however, the nail techs didnt do such a great job. They painted over cuticles and made one of them bled. When I went in yesterday, their license was not visibly shown. I dont recommend this to anyone. I also dont think their tools were sterile. Before they used the cuticle cutter I already saw skin on it that wasnt mine, and she just wiped it off. I dont like to go to this place thats unsanitary.

Cute place, but I was unable to tell any of the ladies how I wanted my nails because none of them spoke English. I went here the day before my cruise, I found them on Groupon. The next day (first day of my cruise) the polish fell off of an entire nail. My nails looked decent, but the polish fell off before I even got on the ship.

The place is pretty and the receptionist was really nice, however the nail techs did a really bad job with me and my friend and they were rude also. I am not the kind of person that gives bad reviews , but the mani and pedi were so bad that I really have to give them 1 star. Do not recommend for mani and pedi.

Great experience. Leysi did my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Very professional and thorough. Love the color and brand selections. The salon is beautiful, and I will go back to try hair services as well! Would definitely recommend

The service as a whole was terrible. The technician cut me with the tool. The pedicure sucked!!!! The ending work of my nails was poor. I wouldnt waste my money ever again at this place. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.
