I made a reservation online and was followed up by a few calls to confirm reservation. The staff was very polite and professional on the messages they left. When I called them back to set up a time to come in, between 5:15-5:30, I was advised that there might be a wait. I arrived at 5:20 and there were 2 people ahead of me. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes but I was ok with that because they told me there could be a wait upfront plus this was the only time I could go there because of my work schedule. Randy was great and apologized for the wait. After he was done with the other clients he helped me obtain the unit that I wanted. He also thanked me for my patience and gave me a 1/2 off 1st months rent for my unit which didnt have a promo on it. I was very appreciative of that. This facility is clean and easily accessible.

I had initially reserved a storage unit with Public Storage online. When I arrived at their facility, I was treated rudely and the price I was quoted online was much lower than the actual cost at the facility. I then went to Extra Space Storage. What a difference! Everything about my experience with Extra Space Storage was wonderful. The staff was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Even after I realized I had rented a smaller space than I needed (my mistake, not theirs) I was immediately given several other options and not made to feel like it was any trouble at all. I will absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage on 62nd Ave. N. in St. Petersburg to anyone I know who needs a storage unit.

Because of a totally customer-oriented Store Manager, I remain a highly satisfied long-term client of Extra Space Storage in St. Petersburg. Recently my storage needs changed dramatically and I was prepared to seek other alternatives, through no fault of Extra Storage. A joint review of my new requirements with the Store Manager, Sandy Miller, revealed an attractive alternative that I had not fully considered. *ask for actual price before deciding* Although they were nice over the phone, the price given (which was great compared to other sites) was not the price when my wife showed up. That price was more then a site Id have rather used. This was due to mandatory insurance, which should have been mentioned because it was twice as expensive as their competitors. Unit was canceled with in a few days with zero refund. I explained that the insurance was for a month and should have at least been prorated....nope.

While looking for storage places in the area I passed this Extra Space Storage and was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the staff super helpful, but the storage units and the grounds are extremely clean and the security there helps give me peace of mind when it comes to leaving my belongings in someone elses hands. I know other places around are a few dollars less, but they arent nearly as clean or courteous. They even call every month to politely remind me that my payment is almost due!

I was with budget storage for 28 years off and on. I was happy with them until the life storage buyout. I had a unit already at extra space. I decided to bring all of my storage to extra space. There is no better team than randy and Jason in storage. I recommend this location. I tell everyone to cone here. I work in customer service and the guys at this location are the best. They are the dream team.

I just wanted to stop by and say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service provided at extra space storage in Pinellas Park. The ladies there were friendly, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Because of my line of work, I have used many different companies for my storage needs, but this location is tops! Very clean! Its been several year since I moved here from up north and have to say that this storage place is far most the best looking, well kept and cleanest storage place I have ever seen. And let me tell you I have seen many storages in my time. And as for the lady who took care of me I like to say Thank You, you were very nice and friendly and made sure we did not get wet.

I stored my household items while I traveled and once I returned I had to find an apt. Finally, a year later I was so pleased to find everything as clean and sweet smelling as when I left!! The move in and out were seamless. Thanks Sandy and Nora for making this a fabulous experience! If I ever need to store again, I will definitely be back!!

The team at Extra Space are wonderful. They helped me in advance of my possessions arriving from California, were great on move-in day and even helped me arrange for an extra 5x5 when I needed a little extra space. Louis and Sandy are great and I would recommed this site to anyone needed Extra Space

I had a great experience with this facility. The staff were extremely accommodating, even when I had to move out at the last minute and had not followed the correct procedures to get the price prorated for the month. My storage unit was just what I needed, clean, and at a good price.

They are friendly and very accessible. They have always done right by me. My only compliant is that my couch had mold on it after 2 months of storage. Im not sure if it was something I did or if the units are not water sealed enough. Overall I like them and their prices are good.

Some of the best prices in town for a clean, secure storage space A/C and non-A/C to choose from, extended access to your unit and some of the friendliest, helpful staff youll ever meet. Highly recommend this storage facility - you wont find a better place in the area.

Me and with my aunt share a storage unit with them. They are always friendly and willing to help you any way. The manager even seen that we were sweating and offered us a cold water from his fridge. Its a a nice facility that is always clean also

Great staff, and good customer service. If you live in the St. Petersburg area I would highly recommend. I have stored items here multiple times and have never had any issues. Clean, easy to find, and tons of units to choose from!

Property is larger than it seems from the front, lots of different spaces to choose from. I have transferred storage units for quite sometime and have nothing but good experiences with my unit and the staff.
