I have to tell you about a visit in the past 2 days. I screwed up and I was late paying after 3 years of renting.. I finally paid up after 40 days and just paided for 2 months. When I went to my storage, my lock was cut.. I expected it.. My fault.. They replaced the lock with their own. Well I had a second lock at home and was told I needed a lock before they would remove their own.. not good since I didnt have the second lock with me.. Then I met Mike the property owner.. He said he would help me, removed his lock, let me get some of my stuff.. but his lock back on and I returned the next day with my other lock.. He noticed my key was bent and ready to break.. He gave me a new lock.. NO CHARGE.. Just gave me a new lock.. $25 lock.... BOOM.. Im so tired of getting screwed everyplace.. So this was a nice change.. Someone that actually wanted my business and wanted me to keep a happy customer.. THANKS MIKE. Ill pass the positive word about you and your desire to make customers happy. And sorry I was late paying my storage fee.....

Mike the manager at the Public Storage and it was so friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and make me feel confident that all of my belongings were safe and secure . Mike really took the time to explain the procedure of public storage, and climate control and how that works so that my stuff in storage would not be damaged in anyway if I ever needed to enter the public storage at a time when it was close to closing time he would do what ever it took to accarrange it so i could get into the storage without any problems. he has been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for a nice place to have their personal belongings. Its nice to see that someone takes pride in their work and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the facility as well as a security on the premises. Mike and his staff make this storage the one to choose.

Homeless living there! Had to walk around passed out bums to get to my unit. Plus they are drinking and smoking in the hallways. Had to also walk through spilled beer. Real Nice! Also was told that no one is allowed on the property after 9pm. Ha. I was there after 9pm with the Police and guess who is still on property? The bums. I guess they are special! How long before the bums burn this down like in tampa? Public Storage, balls in your court! Spoke to regional manager and this issue was supposed to have been resolved. Cant say, as I have not been back to unit since the incident.

Id have to say that this facility is at the top of my list of favorites! Jennifer and her staff are outstanding to work with really get the meaning of customer service and going above and beyond. Our business requires us to travel and make multiple purchases throughout several counties every month and I know that when we rent from Jen I can look forward to a clean unit, a well-kept facility and a wonderful smile behind the desk. I wish I could rate the facility and staff higher...but sadly I cant.

The manager Mike has done an exceptional job since I moved in over a year ago. After the last rate increase I was seeking another storage facility. Mike suggested a somewhat smaller unit as he had noticed my downsizing of late and arranged for me to change units and actually remain a customer of Public Storage...otherwise I was going to move out at months end. The facility is convenient for me and is kept a good condition considering the neighborhood its in. James Huston 8/27/2016

GREAT GREAT Customer Service!! Melissa is AMAZING! She stayed AFTER her shift just to ensure I got my unit! I work ate and was unable to make it before they closed! SHE STAY JUST TO HELP! This employee went above and beyond to help me! Public Storage EXCEEDED my expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! TO ME PERSONALLY, a company is based on the customer service they provide and due to MeLissa this ONE ROCKS!!! Thanks You MeLissa you have no idea how much you helped!!

There are people living in the halls of the unit areas. I went to get some of my boxes this morning and they were full of mouse poop, ants and roaches. (And no, there wasnt any of that when I took the boxes there.) I took what i needed and left the rest there to be thrown out because i dont want to drag all those bugs into my home, and put in my 30 day notice. The people sleeping in the hall near my unit asked me for money and a ride for walmart.

Please note this company is only good for short-term rentals, the rate increases start shortly after move-in (it says six months to a year when its really only three months when youre then surprised with steep rate hikes on your rental), on a lighter note the manager Mike did a terrific job solving problems and helping make my rental there a more positive experience, very professional, thanks again for everything Mike best wishes always, Tanya

do yourself a favor and choose a different storage company. The staff have an attitude that comes from the managements attitude. They are condescending and only point out the paperwork you signed an should have read. They leave no room to admit failure of their employees to inform you that you will be forced into the calender month schedule no matter when you signed up.

Jennifer and Michael have been wonderful to work with. Since Michael has become Property Manager the facility has cleaned up even more than it already was.Michael & John have been helpful in answering questions and both are exceptionally Professional in their conduct as well as being professional with respect to anything having to do with the Company, leasing, & policies.

I was a walk in to this facility. Mike was very helpful and showed me available storages for a great price. Unfortunately, i was not interested due to.the price.. i was very happy as i left in the future i will definitely give u guys a call and come by this location .

I used this location to store some equipment for 6 months, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the entire facility was clean. I would highly reccomend them and use again if I need storage in the future.

Its a storage place. Not bad. Its clean. The manager does a good job keeping out the riff raff. Used to be a lot of people hanging around all the time but he got rid of them. My girlfriend feels safe. Thanks

Horrible apathetic and rude customer service. They also lie about the 1 dollar first month because you have to pay for insurance and a startup charge or service charge. So the first month is actually around $60.
