Steer clear of this place if you are looking for an honestly managed storage facility. I signed a month to month lease with this facility to store my boat at until a marina slip became available. I made my monthly payment via the online portal as I was flying out of the state and hours later I had friends of mine go to the storage unit to take my boat to a service center. When my friends entered the facility, the manager, Mike, approached them in a very hateful manner and demanded payment saying that "their friends didnt make their payment on time and unless they paid it, they couldnt take the boat" although I had already made the payment earlier that day. So my friends paid the $100 payment for the 25 ft uncovered parking space to retrieve the boat therefore submitting two payments for one month to the facility. When I called the manager to ask for a refund and that we were going to cancel the space since we got a marina slip, he said that the second payment would apply toward the next month and that they do not give refunds. Although it was this mans fault doe double charging us, he said online payments are non refundable as stated in the terms agreed to when submitting the online payment. As I agreed, the transaction that my friends made at the store is certainly refundable on the credit card machine he used but he told me he wired it so he wouldnt be able to give anyone refunds. I asked to speak with the owner and he said that our money was not important enough to pick up the phone and call the owner, that he would "have a meeting with the owner at the end of the month and possibly bring it up." I have managed a small business for 6 years and know that if the management accidentally double charges a customer, it is the right of service to refund their money. This manager told me he will NOT refund either of my payments and I should be happy if he decides to mention it to the owner a month after the payments were made. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLY MANAGED FACILITY, they are not customer oriented and will take your money.

Owner was extremely friendly, he got me a storage unit in a very short time and was very helpful and accommodating. Even better, their prices are 10-20% cheaper than other places, and the property is very secure, updated, safe and easy to navigate. I got a fixed two year rate (other places might try to raise your rate over time) and a really huge storage unit for a low monthly rate, with no deposit! The fantastic service made my moving experience so much easier! Highly recommended!

The staff is here is SO friendly and helpful. I probably called 3 times before going in to get my reservation and they answered every question I had promptly and kindly and made my pickup so much faster. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Michael and Harry both & I would recommend any family/friends to rent from this specific site anytime! Great deals + great customer service = a happy mover!

All of the staff are extremely courteous and helpful with both self storage and moving truck rental needs. The facility is clean, secure, and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, a very good value.
