Manager is more concerned about money than service. I reserved what seemed to be a great deal online. $129 per month for a 12 x 25 air conditioned, interior access, ground level storage space (screen shot attached.) 1/2 off the first month or 2nd month free. Awesome. Nothing on the screen prior to the reservation indicated anything otherwise. I notice on the confirmation something about parking. I figure a vehicle could fit in the space because, why would an open parking space be air conditioned? We get a call from Pam a couple days later (since I have found storage, and trusted North Trinity Self Storage, I stopped looking for my move next week.) Pam states that it IS just a parking space, this Air-conditioning glitch happens all the time (then why havent they fixed it?), and the only space they have is a 12 x 18 space for $289 per month. No special. I asked if they could make it right somehow, perhaps we might be able to secure that unit at a discounted rate (This is basic customer service: We screwed up and put you in a difficult spot, were sorry, heres a special deal to make it right.) Nope. I get a message from Pam the following day, "...my manager says theres too much of a demand to discount the rate." Wow. Not even an attempt at making it right. So thats that. Im a fair person. I travel the country teaching customer service, so maybe I have too sharp of an eye for this, but when you put a customer in a difficult position (i.e. They trusted your online reservation process and now your customer is scrambling to find SOMETHING, ANYTHING, because of you), you simply err on the side of humanism and do the right thing for the right reason. NOT the case at North Trinity Self Storage! ONLINE STORAGE SEEKERS BEWARE: The info listed is not what you get. I am in an incredibly difficult spot because of North Trinity Self Storage, and they have made it clear that they DO NOT CARE. Money is more important than the customer. I have reserved another unit at Public Storage down the road, but it would have been nice for North Trinity Self Storage to ATTEMPT to make a bad situation better. I even told Pam (before she left me the message saying "no") that I am an avid online reviewer and that I would totally make it worth their while as a customer. They could have had an outspoken promoter of a customer; instead they chose to get a review like this. North Trinity Self Storage: Want to be the best in the eyes of your customers and prospects? Want to secure more promoters? Then stop worrying about revenue and start thinking about the position you put your customers in. You can start by DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THE RIGHT REASON! 7/3/2017 - UPDATE FOR NORTH TRINITY SELF STORAGE: You responded to my original post with "We would like more information..." Did you happen to, I dont know, read my post? Ask Pam if you need more details. Ask the manager who denied making the situation right. You screwed up because you dont want to fix your online reservation description glitches, you left me to scramble to find another storage facility while I was 1,000 miles away from home, you could have just made an EFFORT to remedy the terrible experience I had... COULD YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT MORE YOU NEED TO KNOW? Ever think it might be a good idea to reach out to your customer to find out, or did your online reservation system lose that info as well? Your billboards are nice, you seem to have a clean place, now just pretend to care and youll have it made!

My parents rented a truck through Penske (this storage facility is a provider in the area) and they had an absolutely revolting experience with Ken the property manager. My father went in the day before they were going to pick to just look at the size truck to make sure it was a good fit for their needs.Ken was extremely rude when my father had questions about the difference in price due to the difference in size. We chalked it up to Ken having a busy day at the store. Today, my parents showed up to get the truck and when he father gave Ken his license to open the reservation, Ken burst out laughing, put my dads drivers license on the counter, folded his arms and said "I cant reserve the truck. Your license is expired. Karmas a b*%*# isnt she?" My dad hadnt realized his license had expired so they asked Ken to put the reservation in my moms name and shed drive the truck instead. He again, smirked and refused to do that. He told her he wouldnt apply the discounts and that shed need to wait for a different day (They are driving to NY tomorrow morning and can not wait). My mom couldnt understand why he simply couldnt just change the name on reservation (after leaving, she called Penske and they did this for her, reassuring her he could have easily done this) so she asked. She tried to explain why they needed to get to NY -- my father has leukemia and they need to move here so I can help them out with his health needs and what does Ken do? Start cracking up, laughing and shaking his head! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with his behavior and have not only called the BBB but also the local news in Florida. DO NOT GO TO NORTH TRINITY STORAGE! Customer service is not an option there -- although if youre interested in being put down and laughed at, feel free.

My wife and I were "helped" by the counter person wearing a shirt named John and on the receipt identified as Ken this afternoon . So I am unclear on who really "helped " us. I selected this place to mail my packages on the reviews posted previous . What a mistake. I should have gone to the local post office. John/ Ken was very rude and very discourteous. I am in customer service myself , and if I acted like that, I would have been dismissed. She needs an apology. And his supervisor needs to review his customer counter skills. In addition part of the problem is Trinity Self Storages haphazard USPS box and envelope display section. It lacks any logical plainly visible pricing and organization. So you have to ask counter help about the pricing scheme for mailing options and hope you are told the truth. My advice , skip this place and go to the Post Office.

We really enjoyed, as about as much as you can, North Trinity Self-Storage. While the concept of storing items is not fun, the team at North Trinity were friendly, helpful and willing to help my family in our time of transition from our sold home to our new home build. We rented from them a large, temp controlled unit for about 7 months. It was clean, nice music played in the facility and all the access points worked without issue. They even helped us out by allowing us to borrow an appliance dolly for an item we were not prepared for at the time. This is the best to rent from and store your valuables. Thanks North Trinity!

***** 5 Stars and Counting...North Trinity Self Storage is the best self storage facility Ive ever used! It begins with the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with whom Ive interacted, Ken and Pam. The facility is CLEAN and the A/C is actually set at a temperature that prohibits mold growth (all important here in humid Florida). I feel very secure if I visit alone--there are cameras everywhere! Ive also rented a truck from Ken and it was the easiest time Ive ever had with a truck rental. Good rates and excellent customer service!
