I noticed an increase in my monthly rent. While I was signing papers and getting my code, Veronica who was very helpful informed me that this rate would be locked in during my time here. Well I noticed an increase of around $13.00 this month for my rent and when I called, the property manager was rude and said they can raise the rent whenever and if I had an issue, call the 800 number. The property manager states that I only got the special for one month and reality, I have had the special since June 2016. I do like the location, but make sure that you verify everything. I contacted the 800 and spoke with Brittney and she was very helpful and explained everything to me which I expected the property manager to do. Due to this issue, I will be leaving very soon.

Came in to get a quote on a unit and Morgan was more than helpful! She showed me a couple different sizes that would meet my needs and told me that I could even go online to make a reservation closer to my move in date to ensure that the space would be held for me. Thank you Morgan!

Morgan was amazing. The property was very clean. Came in to see a 5x5. There were none available but she took the time to show me different sizes so I can get an idea of what Ill need when I move in August. Great asset to this company. Will definitely be storing at this property!
