There is no such thing as your first month being $1. I rented the smallest unit they had and from the very beginning the manager (named James) said "Yes - Its really one dollar." After I go through about 45 minutes of paperwork he then says "...Oh but theres an admin fee of $20." ----------Well tell me that from the beginning! That was some kind of psychology he played on me - because at that point I was tired of waiting - plus I didnt want to have wasted all of that time Id already spent -- so I just paid the $24 and left. It seems like thats the way they manipulate you from the start Then later that month I was 1/2 a day late paying my normal rental fee - so they charged me a 50% late penalty fee on top of my monthly rent -- and threatened to keep all of my belongings if I didnt pay after I said Id just remove my things that day. My stuff was being held hostage by this big obese ogre named James! They had my unit locked up!! Of course I paid and moved out right away. Watch Out You Guys!!! Pure Greed Lives There and Its Name Is Public Storage!!! ----BC

The manager was friendly. I rented my unit bought the lock from them. I went back later that night to out stuff in the unit after spending an hour loading my car. When I arrived there was a lock on my unit. I called toll free number and was told they out kicks in all units before leaving for the day. This would have been helpful to know upfront I could have left my lock on the unit if I had known. My work hours are later in the day so I cant be there to put my lock on during office hours until the weekend. So I paid for a unit I cant even use for another week. Very frustrated!

I have rented storage units in the past but I have to say this location is farout man!!!!! The property manager that assisted me was Brenda. Brenda and her staff works hard to accommodate their customers while still maintaining the integrity of the company. She was the absolute groovy. Very polite and friendly. She had me in and out in no time. I have nothing but great things to say about this amazing place! I definitely recommend this location to everyone ! Brenda, keep up the good work sis! After I submitted my request to reserve a space, Mindi was very prompt in calling me back. I went over right away and she showed me around, the unit was just what I needed and we were able to complete the transaction without any problem. What I liked the most is not only is the storage just off the road, but it is safely off the road. There is easy access on and off the property and with Gender Road being a high traffic area, this was a definite plus for this Storage Place. Yes, I would recommend this place to others.

Mindi, the store manager made this a very pleasant experience for me she was courteous and professional she really made the storage part of moving very easy. Things that I needed to wrap my furniture in was made assessable to me along with tape and a lock for security. when showing me my unit she made sure that it was clean and up to par. I really appreciated her for taking the time to listen to all my questions and answering them completely. She is an example of a quality employee.

I have rented storage units in the past but I have to say this location is unrivaled!!!!! The property manager Brenda and her staff works hard to accommodate their customers while still maintaining the integrity of the company. I had a unit at this location while living in another state and you would think communication and/or interactions would be very hard but instead I have nothing but great things to say! The customer service I received from Brenda was exceptional. I was greeted upon entering with a cheerful smile & a "hello!". Brenda took the time to show me several units so I could make the right storage choice for my needs, along with helpful ideas & tips on organizing my unit. The grounds outside & in-between the rows of units were very tidy & clean. I highly recommend Brenda & this facility to anyone who is looking for public storage.

OMG where do I start so I recently was given one day to move out my place with no where to go nor store my belongings and Kim was amazing she helped me get a great unit for me to store my belonging. She was very pleasant and polite. Kim made sure I was satisfied and I will return to this location anyway and I will also refer all my friends and family to this place thanks to Kim!!! Kim your awesome and keep making this location better.

Ms. Teresa at this location was very helpful in finding me a unit that fit my budget, she was very courteous and helped me get my things to the unit since I didnt have transportation. She went above and beyond to help me today, I had a long walk to my churchs property and she offered to help...this is good customer service!!!Youll feel safe leaving your things at this location. I i went to the buisness on gender road & Mrs Cheryl was very kind friendly & helpful she told me go online i went online 3 hours later & within 10 minutes i received a e-mail response & also a telephone call setting up an appointment the next day to get my storage because j was really pressed for time & im HAPPY :) so thank you Public Storage For hiring great workers!!!

This place has many different sizes to accommodate your moving needs. The downside is with all the different storage places, they lack promotions. The service is also sub-par. There arent a lot of "please and thank yous" when dealing with employees, but they get the job done.
