A really shameful and unprofessional establishment with this one. The employee, Louis I believe his name was... hands down one of the rudest people I have ever met. We talked for all of thirty minutes, I had my unit and so on and during this time the daft blasters misplaced his keys, I had just gotten home and he calls to accuse me of stealing them and threatens me with a police report (even though they could [I assume] just look at the footage and see I did no such thing. Another thing that bothered me was when he called to make said accusation, he did not announce whom he was, the establishment he worked for or display any courtesy/professionalism. So I called and requested a refund and explained the situation to their district office, they were overly polite and more than willing to do so. She filed the complaint and told me a check would be sent in the mail, (because apparently they can take money from a card but not put it back to it) that was like mid may. Here we are near the end of July and still nothing. I would.not recommend this place to anyone I know or otherwise, of zero stars was an option....

I rented a unit here for nearly 2 years. Rent increased every 4 months. I rarely visited my unit so when I did move out last weekend, it surprised me to see that there had been a leak in the roof and several of my boxes were ruined. One box had moldy pictures in it. My father rented a unit the same time as me. He died last month so they called me to pay the bill and gave me a one week extension (I paid for it) but I was unable to plan a funeral and move his stuff so I asked for more time and they said I had to pay for a full month. I did that. But when I went to clean his unit out this weekend, my code no longer worked because my unit was closed last week. I called the main number and was told that they couldnt give me the code. They could take my money for the rent but couldnt give me a code because the account wasnt updated and was not in my name. They needed to speak to my father. I reminded the man I spoke with that my father was dead. He said he couldnt help me. The office should have changed the account over into my name. I will never rent here again and will never recommend the place.

This is my 2nd year storing kids stuff in the winter time so I can get my car in the garage. Last year I had a terrible experience with a big orange storage company. I tried something different this year based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. It was very easy to sign up, get my unit, get my online access set up. The price was good and my stuff stayed dry and secure all winter long. I just moved out, but Ill be back again to this exactly location next winter.

I recently got married and we had to figure out where to put all of my batchelor stuff. I called around and found that extra space offers all the ammenities of more expensive competitors for less. Furthermore the staff there really make an effort to do good work and the manager leads by example. I am also glad that the facility has high fencing and cameras. The Wilson Rd. location also has good drainage so I know that my stuff will never get wet.

Your properties are so poorly maintained that half my items are either needing major repair or are completely ruined, all because you dont/wont keep up on maintenance- fix the drains so they function properly, replace damaged cameras instead of claiming for OVER A YEAR that youre waiting on a warranty issue. NO I wont recommend your business and NO I wont ever do business with your company again.

Very good prices. Also didnt try to pressure me to keep it longer than I had stated a need. Like, they called ME to ask if I needed longer... And I didnt, having just vacated. I thought I got out too late though and figured Id be paying an unnecessary month... But that totally didnt happen. Will be using again if I ever need it, even if its out of my way.

Great secure place. Always clean and friendly staff. Our unit was in an area where water would pool infront of unit after heavy rain. Seems management is aware of situation and have the pavement marked for repair to divert pooling water. Never had an issue with unit flooding but good to see that maintenance and upkeep is a priority! Great place!

Absolute Crap. If you can imagine the amount of headaches we had dealing with these people. The unit we had when it rained flooded with an inch of water and I have photos to prove it. Items were damaged. Claims were made. Claims were not approved because of the crappy corporate b.s. from these guys. I wouldnt take a unit for free from them.

Lyra Beke was on her way to lunch when I showed up...she didnt hesitate to return to the office for the next 45 minutes to assist me...very well versed in her job, her assistance was awesome...Ms Beke would probably make a great trainer...Her people skills are very mature and efficient...made a long story very short...good hire...

Prices kept going up but site manager did a good job keeping them down. Lyra was friendly even when I was stressed out from moving all week. Looks like the facility is finally doing much needed upkeep. Convenient but had to leave, needed temp control unit they didnt have.

I was shown my unit and the facility on the first day. The space was easily accessible and clean. Checkout went smoothly after more than a year of easy automated payments. Locks were available for purchase on site if you forgot to bring one.

The staff went above and beyond to help get me moved in. I was in a tight spot and they worked with me long distance. I was kind of worried because of bad past experiences but I am so glad I chose them! I look forward to working with them!

Only needed to use the storage unit for a brief time but it was affordable and very convenient. The property manager, Jimmy even helped us when we were lost trying to find it when it was his day off! Very good customer service!

Location is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the space you receive. I wish I had 24 hour access though. I would still use them again in the future despite no access after 10pm.

The staff at 191 N. WILSON road is great. They helped me with transferring units as well as my move in. They contacted as soon as they found the new unit size I was looking for came available.
