I recently moved from Cleveland to Columbus. I reserved a unit for the same day, but due to traffic I wasnt able to make it in time. I called Public Storage and Spoke with Ms. Lisa. She was very nice and understanding. Ms. Lisa even agreed to come in early the next morning so that I could return My Uhaul on time. When My Husband and I showed up the next morning Ms. Lisa was there waiting. She was actually running two computers . She was very Polite and Still gave me My deal even tho i missed my appointment the day before. The facility is Super Clean and Easy to access. My Husband and I couldnt be happier. Thanks to Ms. Lisa I will never Use any other storage company as long as shes there. Thank You sooo Much!!

Accessible by gate code until 9 or 10 pm, office closed by 5pm. Very inconsistent tho. Way overpriced and if youre late paying they will enter your unit and do an audit of what they can sell at auction to make a profit against your past due balance. They dont abide by any laws that are in the OHIO revised code and I wouldnt dream of staying at such an unfriendly facility ever again in my life. Lookout for the lady with the yellow station wagon. Dont be fooled, shes a real treat if you get on her radar. Youve been warned.

Taryn was incredibly helpful. She called me to set up my time reservation before the location even opened. I appreciate her prompt response after I had submitted a reservation request online late last night. She knew the weather was going to turn terrible later in the day and wanted to get ahold of me so I could beat the weather. She explained everything in detail and answered all my question. She was pleasant in person. Great service all around! Highly recommend this location.

I came into this store looking for a small unit because I am moving and only to store a few things. Well the manager who dealt with me was extremely polite and knew her information and was able to help me rather quickly so I was on my day with no hassle. Great place for upfront storage units if you need in and out in a hurry with polite service. P.s. check out their insurance policy its well worth it.

Because of a water leak situation, I had to move my stuff quickly and Public Storage Dublin Road was prompt and extremely helpful. Veronica was very patient with me being late to the appointment and even showing me around the facility. When I was having trouble getting my lock to close, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks Veronica!

Good pricing. Horrible driveway in, you could really do some damage on the underside of your car if you are not careful. Also you would think there would actually be adiquite parking near the entrance to the indoor air conditioned 2nd story units but it is almost impossible to even park 2-3 cars without blocking the exit.

The initial process of getting the unit took about an hour, which wasnt necessary for everything they needed to do. The unit is clean and everything else you can expect for a storage unit. The staff seem to always be away when I need a cart. They decided to increase the monthly payment by $10. Im canceling the service.

Its at a great convenient location, but the driveway is super steep making it difficult to pull in and out without scraping the road. The facilities are clean and well cared for, but you dont have access to moving carts when the office isnt open making it difficult if you need to move stuff before or after hours.

Lisa the manager is wonderful and extremely helpful. She always provides great customer service, is very organized and trustworthy.The place/property itself is brand new and very clean. I have rented from this location twice now and and have been very satisfied each time. Would recommend to anyone!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well lit. There are a lot of hidden fees, and the lock you have to buy from them is not a normal padlock, so its pretty much worthless for any other purpose.

Storage unit is fine. Check in was far slower than necessary. BUT...after 6 months my monthly rental rate was increased by 20%. If you sign up because of a low initial rate, dont expect to keep it for long!!
