DO NOT STORE YOU STUFF HERE!!! I was 2 weeks late on my payment and they auctioned my storage off. Everything i owened was in there. From my kids stuff to mine! I called 3 differant times and stayed well in touch with them and never one time did they say it has to be paid this date or you will loose it. Horrible people who are out to get money for as long as they can from you and take the first opportunity to sell your things.. I have had 3 srorage spaces my entire life and none have been worse than this one. Never have i known one to sell your stuff before you are even a full month behind on a payment.

Its not the best choice in storage facilities, and certainly not my first choice. It was the only choice the day I had to have a storage unit. In my experience, the staff here exercise very little personality, its all about money and little human compassion. Just numbers. CubeSmart, on Roberts Rd, or any CubeSmart is by far a better choice. Had they been open the day I needed Storage, I would not be writing a negative review . . . Though they deserve the criticism.

I made my reservation online. Got a call a few minutes and made an appointment for the same day. Taryn showed me the unit, fou d that it works perfectly for me and was quick and courteous with the paperwork and processing. Rates are very reasonable. Reserving a unit online first will usually get you a discounted rate. Site is very secure. Well lit and monitored. I would definitely recommend this place for storage in the Hillard area.

This place is great! Very clean and the right price. I met with Jill when I moved my stuff in and she did an amazing job describing to me their policies and making sure I got everything in alright. Very easy to communicate with whenever I had questions and ultimately made the hassle of moving quite delightful! Very professional and definitely would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks guys!

Taryn was very helpful in getting us started with our unit. We had never rented a storage unit before and she made the process painless. She took lots of time to answer all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Jill manager very helpful and professional. Gates should open both ways. It was extremely hard to load unit. Because door was by gate, that accessed the hallway unit. The door also has the doorstop broke off. Had to figure out away to keep the door open. Clean facility.

This place is disgusting! The staff have been pleasant but as far as storing my things is a different story. Someone is storing garlic or something but it has gotten into everything I own its ridiculous and disgusting. My beds now smell like they took a bath in garlic
