I had a great experience yesterday with Public Storage and Forest the manager in Dublin OH.. He was fantastic and was very patient in walking us through the perfect size unit, the paperwork and even worked through his lunch hour. I would and will rent with Public Storage again. I hope they are all as good as this one.

Id give Forrest way more than 5stars if that was possible. He is extremely personable, he educated me A to Z on all the ins & outs of the renting a unit, showed me all the sizes. I dont think I had to ask a single question because he covered everything. Thanks Forrest for making this so easy for me !!

Tatum and Emilee were very enthusiastic and helpful when I went in today to get a quote for a storage unit for my companys needs. Definitely and asset to your company! The units themselves were clean and odor free, so we will be renting one from you in the coming days.

Really nice facility, and they seem to be finding their groove after the transition from Cardinal. Nice staff, very helpful. Oh and Dominque totally saved our bacon when we left our unit door open (it was really hot and we were dumb) ON HER LUNCH BREAK.
