Just signed up for my first storage space online at this location. Shortly after, I got a call from Sharon, the property manager, who talked me through the rest of the process and -- most importantly -- answered all of my questions and assuaged all of my worries. Ive been putting this off for months because I wasnt sure how this might work for me, but now I feel so much better about leaving my stuff in a place that isnt my home! Sharon asked me to complete a Google Maps review for her location, and frankly, after how helpful shes been to me, Im happy to oblige. Thanks again, Sharon! If I find out that any of my friends need a storage unit, theyre going to hear good things about the place I use!

My experience at Simply Storage has been superfluous, Sharon Anderson is the manager at the Simply Self Storage on 10 Mile she was very kind very courteous very knowledgeable she helped me a great deal, she also gave me a great opening price each and every time that I go there shes always helpful asked me if I need anything whatsoever Donna is also a great employee and soap Simply Self Storage I would advise each and every person that is looking for storage to come to Simply Self Storage on on 10 Mile.Sharon Anderson will keep she will take extremely good care of you and I just want to give them five stars because thats the best place that Ive ever been and Ive been to several storage unit.

The Staff was always friendly and helpful. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful for my situation. She is genuinely concerned about her customers and their needs. She was willing to help me out in whatever way she could and that made doing business with you all very easy. I was from out of town (North Carolina) and was moving my mother from her house to an apartment over a 3 month period of time due to her medical condition. Everything was very difficult to say the least. However the storage part was smooth and easy. Thanks so much for helping out this old Marine to take care of his mother. Semper Fi!

After a nightmare of a cross country move from Phoenix to metro Detroit, the moving company dropped off my belongings 40 miles away from my residence. After a month or so of dealing with the moving company I was making no progress. With the professionalism and caring (Im a Disabled Veteran) of Sharon who was able to contact the moving company and assured that this issue was rectified.
