10/07/2016 I stopped at the Public Storage on Schoenherr between Groesbeck and 10 mile rd. to pay my monthly storage bill and the male that was behind the counter was registering someone a new unit and the guy behind the counter did not acknowlege me for 10 mins. that i was standing there then finally said to be that he was going to be another 5 mins. Very poor Customer Service....Ive never had a problem there until this man...I ended up leaving because I was going to be late coming back from my lunch...when I got off of work i went to the Public Storage down on 10 mile rd. between Dequindre and Ryan rd....Leah was working and she was resitering a customer for a unit also but she took the time to acknowledge me and I told her what happened at the other location...she took my payment right away so I wouldnt have to wait like I did at your other location....hopefully this guy will be talked too about his Poor Customer Service!!!

I love this place! Very clean and professionally operated. In particular, Jen is such a blessing to me and my family, more than words can express. She is always willing to lend a helping hand in whatever capacity she can, checks on you and offers assistance if you need help, and never fails to do it all with a sweet & upbeat attitude. I love talking with her and I always feel at ease & well taken care of when we do business. Ive been here at this location for years and will continue to do so, thanks to Jen and her wonderful staff, who cares just as much as she does. I hardly ever write reviews, but for Jen and her Public Storage staff, I did not hesitate and would do again! You absolutely must come here if you desire a clean facility with people who care about you even more. If I could give 10 stars I surely would! My continual gratitude to Jen and Public Storage! Love u guys & thank you so much!

This location was great especially the customer service with Jaclyn. She was very friendly and professional. My location is on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, but location has been very unprofessional with customer service. The district manager is very unprofessional and not friendly at all, when I gave her my credit card last month she said it did not work at all. This was not true because I used the card that day without any problems. I have had an unpleasant experience with the Sterling Heights location for several months,. The district manager does not value customers and she does welcome the customer as a value asset to the business. If there were not for customers Public Storage would not have a business. I highly recommend the Ten Mile location in great customer service relations to consumers.

I dont even want to give them one star. There process are outrageous. and my experience they cant service you they will send you to other ones.ok personally this happened to me just last week.I had recently had a fire not do to any fault of mine.I was looking for a small unit just to store donations people were helping with.I started at 10 mile Ryan location.I was told no we dont have a 10by 5 avail.go to this location.Now they claimed that the one they had was at the next location.Long story short after running to literally 7 public storage I was told no we dont have one. Even though there sister stores claimed they dish. I became so flustered and ago I ended up at another storage unit whom is one of there biggest competitors I will Never recommend public storage to any one

I had a wonderful time there. Nichole has great customer service abilities. She walked me to a few different units, she made sure that I was comfortable with the unit I chose before we headed back to the office, and when we got back to the office another customer arrived as my paperwork was being printed, Nichole was able to help the lady aswell, the lady left there in a great mood. After my paperwork was ready, Nichole walked me through each page step by step, the whole time I was there a smile never left her face. I am proud to say thanks to Nichole, I left in a great mood aswell. I give her five stars and two thumbs up.

My sister Pauline was very satisfied with Jaclyn,she had sweet smile. Found us a storage available that day, within minutes she had it complete to go the next day to Nina to claim our unit. The great thing is that Jaclyn stayed open at exactly five oclock, to get on that computer to make sure we got help w a storage unit that day. Which goes to show good help is hard to find. This is a nice and well kept facility, the reason for one star is company policies and poor customer service. About three months after moving in, the monthly rate jumped $30. Seems like an excessive bump for only being there a few month. When questioning the the staff, they were rude to my wife and said that was company policie. We were given the number to the corporate office, left a message and have never heard back. Very poor policies in my opinion.

I rented a storage locker for the first time ever earlier today. I found my service representative at this location, Jaclyn, to be very friendly and helpful. She offered me several options (one of which I chose) that she thought would fit my needs and help me to save on my move-in costs. She was also very helpful in providing answers to all of my questions and giving me useful suggestions and information about packing supplies.

jen at the office was friendly and knowledgable the unit was clean they were upgrading the outside office building nice to see jen even made time to chit chat a few minutes just about stuff also liked she didnt push me into products didnt need ie bigger unit or insurance if i need storage again i will come back just hope next location can match up hope all is well with any one reading this review have a great day

OMG - the staff is so wonderful here! Joyce, Samantha, and Andy were so customer friendly and they really enjoy their job there. I received two courtesy calls- one to make sure the move in was ok and to make sure that space worked fine for me. The storage was well clean inside and the surrounding areas is well kept. No debris on the grounds. Thanks to the team for making this transition easy for me.

My experience was very rewarding. Jackie took care of me and she provided excellent Customer Service and Management knowledge. Jackie was truly a professional and she was also very knowledgable. She explained everything to me in complete detail and was very patient. Jackie even saved me some money and informed me of ways that I could gain the most value out of my vehicle storage.

Simple and quick process to obtain a unit and begin using immediately. Jen provided excellent customer service, and it appears this isnt unusual based on other reviews. If youre shopping for a storage unit company, I have used Public Storage in the past with similar results. If youre considering this specific location, Im fairly certain you will be served with great care.
