I disagree with some of the other reviews. Our rate went up after 4 months. We always paid ahead through autopay and were never late with payments. This takes advantage of people because its such a hassle to move to a different facility. They know they have you trapped. Also, they make you purchase insurance, which adds to the cost that they originally quote. The online quote should state this clearly. The few times Ive called, no one answered, but they returned my call within an hour. We had some issues with our code not working in the beginning, and the person working there said that it was probably because we hadnt paid, which was offensive. Finally, they are offering a chance to win an iPod in exchange for posting reviews online. Although they state that you just have to enter an honest review, I think that this influences some people to enter positive reviews.

Excellent facility. Im fairly new to storage and didnt know anything about it. Kyle was the only one working when I came in and he took excellent care of me, even when he would get swamped with calls and other customers coming in to pay their bills, or ask questions, etc. He took his time and explained every possible thing he could think of to give me as much info as I wanted. Very professional. When he took me on a tour of the property to show me my locker I could tell they take a lot of pride in their property, it was very clean and well maintained. If anyone I know is looking for storage, Im definitely recommending they go and see Kyle.

We have been at Extra Space for 5 years and have had no problems. We pay the bill, our stuff stays put. A few weeks ago we were trying to save some money and decided to down-size. We went in on a Saturday morning and the employee in the office was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to get us the most reasonable price. His customer service skills were fabulous. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend patronizing this establishment!!

Overall, the facility is immaculate, safe, and the personally coded gate lock is very convenient. The process for applying for the storage space was simple. A highlight of this facility is Terry who was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. He took his time to show us the property, allowed us to compare two different size storage units without feeling rushed, and calmly walked us through the application. Hes the unexpected gem of customer service of this facility.

I have rented with this facility for almost a year now and I have had only one problem with it. Although I signed up for auto-pay so that I have never been late with a payment, they raised my rate by almost 30 bucks a month after a couple of months. Other than that, the facility is clean, the staff is really nice and I have never had any problem with entering to use my space.

My experience with extra space has been great. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant with any questions that have come up. If I had to choose the best part of using this company it would be that they don’t change their rates, if you stay one payment in ahead you’re rate doesn’t change. Out of the three storage facility’s I’ve used I definitely recommend this company.

Kristen is wonderful! We found out we needed to be out of our condo in a week and a half and she totally saved the day and got us a big enough unit and was super kind and accommodating through the whole process! I would highly recommend Extra Space based on the service, but especially since their prices are the lowest in the area.

Great place, very clean and well maintained. The people in the office couldnt be more friendly and helpful. Ive had a storage unit here over a year and have had no problems what so ever. Also love the direct withdrawal from my bank account so I dont have to call in a payment every month. 5 out of 5 stars, awesome place.

Overall a fine place, but communication is poor. There isnt an option to email questions or requests, and responses from phones calls and voice mails have been slow or non-existent. The one time I thought I had a productive call, the takeaway action on their side was not completed.

I rented from them for over a year. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to do what ever is necessary to make you happy. My door was iced in and Lisa took the time to chop the ice and make sure I had access to my unit. I was very happy with this company.

Staff is friendly and helpful! The place is fairly clean and quite large. They possess some clmate control as well as the others. They will compete for the best price, so dont be shy!
