Well, I would have rated them 4 stars. I mean what can you really rate on a storage unit. It had a door that work, it was fairly clean when I got it and it apparently didnt leak while I used it. Unfortunately, today was my Moving Day and here in Michigan it snowed about 10 inches last night. I showed up with my moving men and their van and found not one snowflake had been removed from the area. I then went to the office to close my account and complain about the lack of snow removal and found that the office was closed. I came back twice during the day to close my account and both times, even though the open sign was lit, nobody answered. I guess the third time is the charm because after ringing the bell and waiting 5 minutes I finally got someone to open the door and close my account. During in the day I had been to three other storage companies. Every one of them had their streets plowed so that you could access the units. The last time I came here, in the afternoon, it still hadnt been plowed. So I would only recommend this company during in warm sunny days.

Compass storage in Warren has the best customer service and great rates. The staff always has friendly happy to see you attitudes and so helpful and yet very professional. They have units of all sizes. I compared rates several times and just kept coming back to Compass because they had the lowest. I own a moving company so I deal with a lot of self storages. If I have customers that need to store their belongings, I know I can trust Compass to take good care of them. I have referred many to Compass and will keep on referring. Thanks Compass (Awesome staff)

Ive used different storage companies in the past but compass storage in warren is by far the best one! This place is so clean and the people there are so nice and friendly. They dont just sign you in and give you a key. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with what you got. The prices are awesome I cannot complain about the prices. I love this location and will continue to use them for whatever I need! I will tell my friends and family too!

Do no rent here. I was told I would pay $79 for my first year. Corporate got greedy and after only 3 months I am being charged $145 a month. I now am driving 400 miles back to the storage unit to get my stuff. Everywhere else is cheaper they give you a low rate up front to get you in and then scam you. They are the most expensive storage units in michigan. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on what to expect from this storage facility. Apparently, if you use their facility for more than 2 to 3 months, they raise the rates almost 50% from the quote they give you on your first day!!! That is a lot of money people! Find another storage place that is more honest!

I saved Mikes card for 6 months because he was such a great help with the moving process of my mother. When it was time for me to move I came to Mike and he took GREAT care of me and i recommend this facility to anyone moving! Prices are reasonable and the staff is more than helpful.

Pretty clean facility but they always keep on increasing the price every 6 months for no reason. The guys wouldnt even bargain to keep me as a paying customer who just doesnt want to have his price constantly increased. Ended up leaving because of price increase.
