We recently had completed some facility work for Erica at this facility. It was a pleasure to work with someone that was so helpful. Erica understood the less delays; the sooner we would complete the required work and get out of her way. Erica worked with us as well as taking care of her customers. Incredible service!!! I rent storage units in different cities for work and this has been my best experience yet. The manager allowed us to even ship packages to our unit and her team worked so hard to ensure everything arrived and was organized in the unit prior to my arrival into town. The lady was very friendly and on point. Fully recommend!!! They were always helpful and when I needed just a week after the day my bill was due they pro-rated me for just that week and not another month payment! The BEST experience ever!! Another storage place was trying to charge me 185.00 when I was quoted 105.00 found Extra Space Storage and saved over $120. They dont force u to buy anything and the prices are cheaper. I received an over the phone quote and when I got there the price was what I was quoted
