I reserved a 15 ft truck and a tow dolly on Bethel Rd branch one week earlier than my move on June 16th. Just one day before the move, I got a call which was telling me that neither of the equipment are available at the location that I reserved. Closest one is 10 miles (in fact 18 miles) away from the other one. At least, they would give me 30 miles more but later I saw it was 25, not 30. Then, when I went to location on Georgesville Rd, I was told that the tow dolly is not recommended for my car. I asked why the website allowed me to reserve it previously, I didnt get a satisfactory explanation and they told me that truck is rented for out-of-town move, but the dolly is in-town which doesnt make any sense. They offered me to get car transporter which they didnt have at the location. They called some other locations and found a car transporter but it was more than a hundred dollars (tow dolly was 50$) and they wouldnt give any discount. At the end, I preferred to just get the truck and change my travel plans at the last minute which was not fun.

Good, secure storage. Units are new and clean, steel doors open and close easily, ceilings of units are protected with wire. Indoor units are protected by an alarm system as well. The people in the shop are friendly and helpful. Truck rental is easy and they also sell moving supplies. The only drawback is that there arent many service desks, so a line can form if its busy.

I pay too much money to not have 24 hr access to the vehicle storage like Im supposed to. The gate needs fixed. They shouldve have a backup plan. Very unhappy. Im going to take my business elsewhere. This means that they will have four spots open but when I told the GM, he didnt even seem to care to be losing the money for four spots each month.

I remember my first uhaul rental was here. The staff was very helpful and went through everything I need to know. The billing was clear and accurate. After hour return was also smooth. Very pleasant experience.
