Horrible customer service, Ive been calling for weeks trying to close my account with no answer and no call back. This place closes at 6 so I cant go after work to talk to them either. I tried to close it the day I moved out and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with no one coming to help me. I finally called corporate, the guy I talked to had a horrible attitude. He told me that if I had taken my lock the day I moved my account wouldve been closed. Problem is I would have been responsible for any damages that occurred in the meantime. I asked him how I was supposed to close my account when no one would speak to me and he just gave me more attitude. I dont feel I should pay for my last month there and there is no way i will.

Big time mold problem and everything that goes along with it. It is damaging furniture and storage items. The loading dock doors are always broken.Temp is terrible, high humidity. The worst storage facility in Columbus. Most managers are good people but Tim is by far the absolute worst storage manager in the Columbus area. Tim only cares about himself deliberately goes out of his way to try make himself look good at customers expense, his priority is his personal advancement, he doesnt care about the customers, picks and chooses when to apply policy, inconsistant with policies, it depends if it makes him look good in front of management. I do not recommend storing in this facility.

Clean well lit indoor storage facility with several customers perks. One is that the facility has four entrances that three of them with large overhead doors where you can back your moving vehicle up to for easy u loading. The other is that they offer the use of a small box truck free to current customers for moving stuff in or out of a unit. Only requirement is that you have proof of insurance and put down 100 cash deposit. Which is returned minus a $10 Administrative fee. Drawback is that you can only get it for four hours

By far the best storage facility that Ive ever dealt with. The property is always clean inside and out. Maritza had been beyond helpful in helping set up my storage rental needs and doesnt try to "push" unneeded things just to make a buck!! Plus the fees are very reasonable and affordable. She is always so welcoming and inviting anytime I stop in. its like going to visit a friend instead of going to my storage unit. I would recommend anyone to come in and get their storage needs taken care of here.

MOVED OUT OF MY CUBESMART STORAGE ROOM THIS PAST WEEKEND. EVEN THOUGH I HAD LOST MY KEY, COULD NOT REMEMBER MY ROOM NUMBER, IT WAS COMPLETELY PAINLESS DUE TO THE FINE ASSISTANCE OF MANAGER TIM JONES. IN ADDITION, THE MOVE-IN WAS JUST AS EASY WITH THE HELP FROM MARITZA. MY DAUGHTER IS A STUDENT AT THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY, AND WE ARE FROM NEW YORK. WE WILL BE BACK TO THIS CUBESMART LOCATION FOR THE NEXT THREE MAY-SEPT. THANK YOU TIM AND MARITZA, MARTIN COHEN

We were referred to this location, and, since its convenient to where we live, we went to take a look. The staff was very helpful, and the facility itself was extremely neat and clean. Their on line pricing is very aggressive and we found just the right size for our needs. They arranged for us to use their truck which saved us a lot of time and money...and they even gave us water to drink. This was a very "wow" experience - I highly recommend.

I reserved my storage unit online which was very easy. My exit date from Houston, TX changed, so I was able to change my reservation date online as well. Once I arrived in Columbus, I visited the site to check out the exact storage unit I was renting. Izzy and Rick and other staff were most helpful in answering my questions to make sure my 3 relo cubes could be dropped on site and left while I unloaded them.

The facility is very clean and I found the team at this location to be proactive to most issues. Any problem that did come up I found Rick and Tim to promptly attend to it. The temperatures in both summer and winter were kept moderate. If I ever need to use a storage facility again I will look at this one first and If Im know longer in this area I would look at a Cube Smart first.

I am so happy I chose CubeSmart. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, professional and patient. Their prices are the best in the city. The payment reminder emails and phone calls are not harassing and are helpful. The location is clean and even have rolling carts to help you move your belongings. I would recommend this location to anyone.
