Absolutely the most organized U-Haul store/center Ive ever been a patron of. Every single staff member, from the time of rental to the return, was extremely professional and exuded a very clear culture of customer satisfaction being priority #1. If I could rate even higher, I would in a heartbeat!

They were ready for me. Very nice guy attached my trailer and taught us how to attach and detach in case we needed to do so at home. Trailer was clean and dry and made it through my 1,000 mi trip.

Rude and a waste of time. Trailer was not there at the time for my reservation, and they wouldnt issue the 50.00 fail reservation reward. Go somewhere else. Would have given a 0 if I could have.

This place is really well run. Whenever I had concerns or questions the staff was quick to respond and take care of things. The only inconvenience is the freight elevator in the storage units
