I have had a horrible experience. I tried to rent a unit january 23 when i arrived at the office during normal business hours I found the doors locked. After 20 mins a rep finally arrived and tried to give my $1 month special for the last 7 days of january. Plus he claimed he couldnt see where i paid my admin fee, although i produced a confirmation email. Of course i left very frustrated. I returned january 30 to try again. I arrived at 10am and once again the doors were locked. I called the office and was transferred to the sales department. I waited in front of the building until 1033 and the rep came back on the phone and said the rep would be in the office in 15 mins. I witnessed a customer in front of the building very dissatisfied saying her things had been ruined by rodents in her unit. I once again returned to get a refund because i used another rental facility and i was met with a very rude, very disrespectful, very unapologetic, and lying representative who not only lied about when she left and how long she was gone but refused to give me a refund. I will never use Devon Storage on Oakman. And if you use them do so at your own risk.

My experience with Devon Storage was bad both times I went! I called when I was on my way, and when I arrived there was no one there! This seems to be the norm! This happened twice. The lady that was working there was unapologetic and very snotty! The day I moved in the doors for the moving truck to back into were not working. I mentioned to the girl that was working that I was paying these guys $95.00 an hour and she told me she doesnt have anything to do with the doors and she didnt know what to tell me! I used them because I was in a crunch and the place looked clean. However, since my movers had to go in a side door I was ale to see all the debris on the side of the building and can definitely see where there may be probably a rodent problem! Also, the hours suck! I work Monday thru Friday until 5:00, thus, means I can only go to the unit on Saturday! They should open on Sunday, at least for a couple hours!

I was in a last minute situation and Devons Self Storage was such a great help. The representative there was extremely patient and accommodating to my circumstance. Their prices are very reasonable and this was my first experience dealing with any storage company. I expected to be a headache just because of the stress I was under, however their staff was so nice they made everything easier. I would recommend anyone utilizing their services.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE , THEY HAVE A RODENT PROBLEM AND BUGS I HAD TO LEAVE MY MATRESS AND DRESSER AND COUCH THERE EVERYTHING WAS INFESTED !!!!!! I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES BECAUSE THAT WAS ALL I HAD I HAD TO WASH THEM OVER 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NO BUGS IN THEM. i agree differently, the management of a person by the name of sean was horrible he was lazy and never cleaned up, some new lady named michelle made a big difference in the building and she was nice and tried to satisfy the customer. my daughter just moved out of there and boy am i glad. even though she was kind the company is horrible. i rate the customer service very good though.

It was ok for Me I had no problems except for when I moved my stuff in I noticed they had a rodent problem but My StepMom told me to put Moth balls all around the inside & they wont come in which it worked for me. Also kept my things smelling fresh. Oh & the fact they were out of the office a few times & I couldnt get in other than that my things were there for 5months.
