BEWARE OF COCKROACHES!!! ................... My family and I went there today to clear some stuff out and my son saw a bug. I got closer to it and to my surprise it was a cockroach. Before I could take a picture or video of the cockroach my 10 year old son freaked out and killed. At the end when we were about to leave we saw a nother cockroach. And of course my kids are scared of bugs so that got killed too. Now I have to worry about taking whats in my storage to my new apartment and bring roaches with us. I doubt the storage unit place will pay for pest control... BEWARE OF COCKROACHES!!!!

I wouldnt choose any other place to store my stuff. No one compares to their rates. You dont have to deal with the worry of unloading your stuff out in the open or the weather conditions. The site is safe, and secured with your own gate access code and doors that close behind you and lock as you drive in and out [oh yes...you drive your stuff right inside and unload :) Fancy, i know.] They have multiple floors, an elevator, rolling carts for your convenience, AND the place is clean! Ask for Yvette when you go. She took great care of us and gave us a tour, showing us multiple storage rooms.

Havent been their long , but so far its good. Yvette the manager is a great person. Shes very friendly, and courteous to all the customers. She takes time to answer all questions concerning storage units, that fits the needs of the customers. She mentions deals on storage units giving you the best deal to offer. I once saw her at a local dollar store, and her attitude is always the same good ole Yvette. Attention! If your thinking about getting a storage unit look to no one other than Simply Self Storage in Lincoln Park. BTW dont forget to ask for Yvette.

Although my stay here was only a year, I felt my precious stuff was in good hands. The manager, Yvette, friendly, knowlegable, easily accessible by phone, or prompt to return call. I moved to Phoenix a year ago, not a worry about my storage unit or contents. Facility is always clean, and well lit, plenty of loading/ unloading space, moving dolleys and elevators. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage down river.

Simply self storage has been amazing.They are super understanding and they are easy to talk to. They answer all of your questions with answers that they obviously know well. I was with them for almost 2 years and never had a problem all my stuff was in a climate-controlled space and there werent any issues with the building itself. It was very nice I will rent again if I need another storage unit.

Ive kept my stuff here for a few months now. I dont keep good enough track of the monthly bill. Thankfully I get a call from Yvette or another great employee every month to remind me. Something not many places like this will go out of their way to do. Ive had nothing but great experience and I sleep well knowing my belongings are taken care of and secure.

Been going here a while. Great staff! Accidentally didnt lock my lock correctly and a manager named Yvette called me less than an hour later to let me know she saw it while walking through the floor. Such great attention to detail! I also purchased boxes which was convenient and they were of good quality. Highly recommend this place.

Yvette is such an amazing person. She is the 1 to go to when you need storage. This place is absolutely AMAZING !!! Completely indoors that protects you and your stuff from the weather. Units are nice and building is very well maintained. I would recommend this location to everyone. This is the best place to go !!!

Super clean storage facility with excellent staff. The entrance is secure, so you must know the code to enter the building. Accessible elevators mean you can get your stuff from your car to your storage unit quickly and easily. Honestly, this is one of the best storage facilities I have ever been in.

I have been renting a unit for 8 months now. The facility is very secure, clean and affordable. The staff is very friendly. I would definately recommend using Simply Self Storage to anyone! I would also like to add, I am in and out of my unit frequently and have never seen a single bug or rodents.
