When you decide to do a home improvement project, you have to figure out what to do with all the stuff you have that gets in the way. So in looking for a solution I discovered Public Storage. Their month to month rental as well as the pro rated fees was a big plus. Nina and Nate were the reasons I chose this particular Public Storage location. Nina called me before and after my move in date to see if I had any questions. My specific request was met with a "no problem" we can do that. When I got to the facility on move in day, Nina took me to the unit I was renting while Nate, bless his heart, took care of all the paperwork. This made the process go smoothly and quickly. I feel comfortable my belonging are safe and dry and when this project is finished, I will definitely use this Public Storage location again for the next project. Updated: 9-24-15 With our home improvement project completed it was time to pull our stuff from storage. I called a couple days before I arrived to notify them. When I arrived Nina (bless her heart) recognized me from my move in and was ready with all the paperwork to close out the storage unit. She was friendly and made sure I was happy with my stay at this facility. We had such confidence in the safety of our stuff we actually stayed 3 months longer than we needed to. For anyone looking to rent a storage unit whether it be for a short term project or a long term solution, this is the place to go and Nina will take good care of you.

My wife and I got this unit to store our basement while we were building a new house. Everything was fine. Then she passed away, I had her bank card canceled and the auto payment did not go through one month. After 15 days they took my lock off and installed their own. They were going to put it up for auction after only 15 days late. I never got a call about being late and have never missed a payment in 12 months. I can not get into the unit because my name is not on it, hers is. I gave them the death certificate but that is not enough, I continue to pay because it has personal items in there that are my wives, but I am unable to get to them. They have the worst customer service then any place I have been to before, Taco Bell is better then this company. All the way to the manager are bad. Will never deal with this company again once I move out.

I was struggling to get a very big box to send the car seat and baby stroller to my friend. Finally I got it from Public Storage, the one I was expected. Nina and Kathy helped me a lot to check whether it fits my requirement or not. And finally even they came to load it in my car too. It was so lovely care I never got it from any, any and any body. Words are never enough to describe how incredibly wonderful both of them are. If they will continue giving this kind of care to everyone, then the sky is limit for them. I wish all the very best to both of them for their career.

If I could give this place a zero I would horrible service ... I wouldnt let anyone rent from them place if I could shut them down or put them out of business I would thats how horrible they are the women who work there are rude... And lack any intelligence at all.plus this location the doors on some of the units are old and dont roll up properly every time I have to go there they have a sign saying will be back at a certain time and they never are ... stay clear there are a lot of better places to go that are cheaper and better service. ..

We (my sister and I) were greeted by Nina, a pleasant young lady, with a nice smile. She answered all of our questions. Reassured us of safety and security of property. Got to ride in a golf cart. Informed us all about box prices and special offer. Also made signing paperwork easy. Just a great experience all around. A very good salesperson , I recommend her as a keeper! We have had a small storage until here for about 2 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well taken care of. The only issue I have is the constant raising of the price. The stuff just sits there! It doesnt need to be tended to. I just cant understand the constant price increases. Will be cleaning it out this summer. Either garage sale or giveaway. Not worth paying the prices to hang onto it.

The ladies at this location were fing awesome! They helped me figure out what size I needed and made great suggestion in covers, boxes and other things to protect my stuff! At a time when I had just had the "worst experience ever" at one of their competitiors, I really appreciated them. I am preparing to move to Michigan, I went by this location and talked to Nina. She was professional, courtesy, helpful, and very informative. The property was clean and well taken care of. I saw Nina interact with some customers and she seemed to always go above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this location and I will recommend this Public Storage and Nina to everyone!!

These ladies are awesome, Im always greeted with a smile every time I walk in. I tend to stay longer than usual because of the great conversations. Never had a problem or any issues, anything I needed they assisted me with. Ill say with having the energy and spunk that they do..... It makes a difference. #teamChetty

I travel a lot, so I make payments wherever I happen to be at. I went to this store to make my payment for next month and Nina was just so pleasant. She was very nice and made my day! I stopped in this location to pay my bill and I would just like to say what a great experience I had. I usually make my payment on-line. Nina was very professional and friendly. I love that I can pay my bill at any location. I would recommend Public storage for anyone who needs short term or long term storage.

Was shopping around for a unit for some short term storage. Was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the level of service. The customer service rep Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely use this service in the near future.

I went in today not 100% sure what stuff I needed for my move. I spoke with Betty and she was amazing. She helped me understand what I needed and why. She suggested a few things I would have never thought about doing. She was so helpful and very customer friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Hi today I came in not knowing my rental was increased & Betty really help me out she went over & beyond customer service duty. Im glad she was there cause I was very upset! Betty calmed me down & reassured me that she would get to the bottom of it & she did! Thanks Betty you ROCK !!!!!!!
