There are so many choices for storage units and I called almost all of them when I was moving to Columbus and needed a place to store things during the transition. It became clear to me immediately upon speaking with Rita at Simply Self Storage in Powell that this was the place I was interested in because of her warm welcoming personality. People like me, who need to utilize self storage are typically in transition and often are dealing with very difficult life circumstances. Such was the case for me. Since then, the level of customer service that I have received has been exceptional! I have been a small business owner, so I know just how difficult it is to find good help, particularly help that provides for the best representation for the company. When the rates recently went up, I made calls to other storage providers to find better prices, and when I called Rita to let her know that I would be moving to another storage company, she convinced me to stay by pointing out how much more it would actually cost me more to move. I have had my things in storage much, much longer than I would prefer, and probably half of it just needs to be thrown out at this point. Rita has made it so easy to stay, and hearing some of my friends storage company nightmares, Im quite sure I would be long gone, had it not been for the kind, warm personality that Rita exudes. She makes me feel good that my belongings and my needs are being well cared for :)

I rented a 30 ft unit with the plan of putting (2) 14 ft 8 in cars in it. I thought maybe I measured the cars wrong but after a few month I finally measured the unit and its actually only 29ft! I even measured past the 2x4s thinking that they were counting that space as well but no matter how you measure the unit Simply Self Storage is Simply ripping people off (no pun intended)! I recommend anyone currently renting or thinking about renting to measure your storage unit because I bet they are short on all of their sizes. This is a big company with many facilities across the US and if they are doing this to everyone it seams like a this could be a good class action law suit in the making! However I will say the lady that works on site is a complete sweetheart I as mad as I wanted to get about this I just couldnt get mad a her.

Rita was very awesome to work with. She took time to show us different size units and worked with us to decide what units would be needed for our move. I was very impressed with how clean she kept the facility and every thing looked very secure. She explained how several of the Powell police stored at Simply Self Storage and would check in after business hours. I felt our belonging would be secure as she lived on site. Rita showed us merchandise for sale for packing that would help in our move. A very big plus she is very friendly and made us feel very welcome with her smile. Great customer service like what Rita provided is rare and is a big part why we rented at Simply Self Storage.

There were several options until I decided to make the move to SimplySS. Right when I walked through the doors, I was graciously welcomed by Rita! The facility was the best storage area I have experienced thus far. I highly recommend this facility considering the security and the welcoming staff is above and beyond. If there are any questions concerning the storage unit (no complaints), Rita would kindly answer promptly. Overall, my experience at SimplySS has exceeded my expectations.

Rita at Simply Self Storage is so friendly & on the ball with getting you invoices & receipts. She can tell you exactly what size is best for what you have. The units are very clean as well as the grounds of the facility. Great that its secure too. Have recommended others there, who also say great things about the place. Ive been very happy with the 2 different units Ive had there, based on my needs. If you need storage, Simply Self Storage in Powell is definitely the place to go.

Five stars without any hesitation! I have used this storage for 17 months. It is well secured, well lite, with accommodating hours for access in a convenient location. Rita manages the storage unit business well. Rita has always had such a genuine ongoing pleasant personality. She always greets me with a smile and makes you feel comfortable storing items with the company. She has a "southern style" friendly personality that makes you feel at home.

AMAZING!!!! I have heard and seen horror stories with storage units. I was terrified to put our things in storage after our house closed and we were waiting for our new one to finish being built. Simply Storage was clean and in a safe area. Their staff in the office was always outstanding!!!! Theres a lot to be said for such excellent customer service. When it came time to move out all our stuff was clean and dry. Best experience EVER!!

We moved to Powell, Ohio from SW Florida and needed a storage unit nearby. Rita, the manager, was great to work with and the price for our 10 X 25 storage unit was much lower than our storage unit in Florida. I was impressed by the security and safety of the storage facility and of its cleanliness. I highly recommend this Simply Self Storage facility in Powell to anyone with either a temporary or long term need for extra storage.

This is my second year to store my boat there over the winter. I choose this storage facility because of security reasons. The manager Joy lives on site. There are cameras everywhere, and it is gated. Paved parking spots for my boat. Staff (Joy and Rita) are friendly and responsive. Prices are competitive with other storage sites that are often in neighborhoods or locations I would be less comfortable.

There are lots of places to store your stuff. However, at this facility, you can expect a space that is well-lit, dry, clean, safe and truly looked after. Rita is top notch in customer service and making sure the timing and the space work just right for you. Couldnt have made my double-move happen as smoothly as it went without her, and wouldnt have wanted my stuff stored anywhere else.

Staff is amazing. Location is perfect. Units are very large, clean and have lighting. I was overly impressed with how nice and polite the staff was to us as our dog. Yes, I said our dog. With everything that is going on right now in our lives, this was a much needed experience. Would highly recommend this being your first stop if you find yourself in need of storage.

We found this storage unit online and it was easy to reserve. This storage unit was clean and had several units in different sizes available. Along with that, Rita Joy was amazing. She was very nice and friendly. She answered all the questions that we asked plus more. I would definitely suggest this storage unit to anyone that is looking for one.
