Today I went shopping for a self storage place, anticipating our need for storage when we stage our house for sale next spring. This was the second storage place I looked at, and wow what a difference! It started when I walked in the door and got a warm welcome from Ruth Storey, the manager. She was cheerful and articulate, as well as a good listener. She did everything necessary to understand my storage needs and to make sure that I understood the spaces and services available at Uncle Bobs. The storage areas and the outdoor spaces were impeccably clean, and the rates quoted were very reasonable. They were a little higher than the first place I visited, but I always figure that value is more important than price alone. You get what you pay for. This facility, and Ruths superior service attitude makes this place a winner, in my book, and we will be going with Uncle Bobs when we need storage space in April.

Uncle Bobs is my office away from the office, my home away from the home. I always feel better when I spend time filing there or sorting out papers. Ruth is a great woman, who is always making me feel welcome. The area is very convenient to Bexley and to the roads I use to go to and from the various courts. I feel safe within the secured facility and have only met nice people who are also storage unit renters. If you need storage space, this is the place for you to spread out and get organized! Why wait?

I like to use this place because its clean and secure! Its not ran down and nasty. There are only 2 ppl that work in the office so that your more comfortable with who you leave youre things with! And every time I go in there I already know the people because theres only two people there I dont have to meet anybody new I dont have to get to know anybody else they know me I know them. Theres good enough for me lol oh and they give you to the 5th to pay your storage payment with no late fee before the 5th

I had a bad experience with self storage in the past. Found myself in a spot where I had to use it again. From the minute I walked in the manager was so helpful. Lisa was patient with me and all my questions. My space was clean and so was the rest of the place. She was awesome. I have even shared my experience with others I know who use storage. Told em to go see Lisa and she could definately help.

Such a wonderful experience. George, I believe his name is, was super helpful and so accommodating to my schedule because I was in a hurry. Hes new, but such a sweet man who I can tell has his best interests for the customers. I would use this place again most definitely!

The facility every time I been in there is always on point... There is no trash or cigarette butts... Also the guy Rob i belive he is the assistant is also so polite... as well as the store manger...Keep it up guys!!!
