I reserved two units a couple of days before I needed them. On that day the movers and I got stuck on the freeway and we had issues arriving at the storage location before 6pm. I called the facility several times to let them know that I would be about 20 minutes late. I had to leave messages. No one picked up the phone. That made me uneasy because if the office would have been closed I would have to pay for hotel etc. for the movers. I received a call back around 5pm and I explained the situation to Vicki. She told me that she would have to get in touch with her supervisor. She then called me back and told me that she was allowed to stay longer. That put me at ease. We arrived 20 minutes after 6pm and just in case I reserved a third unit because we were not sure if everything would fit into two units. Vicki went home after all contracts were signed and we unloaded the truck. We were able to get everything into two units. Early the next day I went to the office to cancel the third unit with Jessica. That was not easy! Jessica explained to me that she couldnt cancel the unit because it was the next business day. I asked her how I could cancel the unit on the same day because there was no one at the office. She insisted that it was company policy. I asked her to please get in touch with her supervisor. The next day she called me and had good news. That made me happy after being very unhappy with Jessica telling me about company policy. Vicki went out of her way to satisfy the customer. Jessica did so also after some convincing.

Worst storage experience of my life! They attempted to ACH debit my checking account earlier than the rent due date which caused a non sufficient funds fee from my bank because the money was not available at the time. The paper for ACH debit from my account was not signed at the time of the debit attempt and I received a call from Linda in regards to this matter. Then, I was also charged a NSF Fee from Public Storage as well. When I spoke with Linda about this she attempted to cover up the mistake by saying I had agreed to the direct debit ACH payment option even though the papers were not signed, the debit was allowed, by law it was not. The NSF fee was removed by the corporate manager to cover up this mistake. I strongly recommend finding any other storage place other than here.

After my previous storage experience, a lack of building maintenance led to water damage to my stored valuables, I was leery of finding a safe and clean place to store with, I have now been a happy client at this location for over three years and that is in a HUGE part because of Linda, she has always gone out of her way to help with any minor hiccups that arose, she is always friendly and courteous and was a great help when I needed to move to a larger unit. I have recommended this location to friends and co-workers not just because of Lindas excellent customer service but because of how clean the units are kept and the general upkeep of the location.

I stopped in to get information in regards to a rental unit. Since I have never had to use a storage unit I had no clue how to even begin. I was very happy to meet Jessica and Vicki they had answers for all of my questions. This included size, climate control vs non climate control, boxes, tape, mattress covers and a product that removes dampness. I was very impressed In both of there knowledge, friendliness and willingness to to go out of there way to help me understand what I needed! I maybe transferred to this area and when the decision is final I will be back to rent a unit from these girls! What a pleasure they get a 10+ in my book! Thanks

We came from Canada to clean out my sisters storage unit. We were extremely pleased at the customer service from Jessica.... She was courteous, friendly and pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful in suggesting where there might be a thrift shop for donations. Your facility was immaculate and well maintained. During our cleaning out the storage unit we saw Jessica several times mopping the floors and doing general cleaning. Very happy with the unit itself no evidence of vermin and all inside was clean. Would definitely recommend to my fellow snowbirds.

The staff at Public Storage are very friendly and helpful! My entire experience was great at this facility. The storage locker rental process was easy and the space was climate controlled and easy to access. Paying my bill was easy online. When I moved out of the storage space, I was owed money because I had payed a month ahead and I received the refund very quickly. Also a great place to get packing and moving supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone.

This is a great place to store your items. When you look for a storage facility, you want to feel that the place is safe, clean, and the staff is professional. With that said, Linda was professional in walking you through the steps of acquiring the space you need as well as pointing out the procedure for entering and leaving the premises (ease of access when entering and leaving is a part of that evaluation too). The facility is in a well suited location where you can see everything from a 180 degree view of the property.

Our business venture typically finds us renting multiple units at various locations throughout three counties. I have always looked forward to renting from Linda at the Missouri location. The facility is wonderfully maintained and she has always gone above and beyond in answering my questions no matter how silly they may have seemed...and trust me I have some doozy questions, too! When you need a rental, drop in and take a quick tour...look at a few spaces...you, like us, wont be disappointed for a second!

I was assisted by Derrick and immediately he was great with explaining the different type of storage box options you offer. Although we decided to pass on the quick, house and storage packs, with the help of Derrick we successfully made a purchase with you all. This is a place of business we are more than willing to recommend to others, if they are sure to recieve the same kind service from Derrick and many others.

I have had a climate controlled unit for over a year and needed to change to a smaller unit. Alfredo showed me a unit that was available and the perfect size. He went over all information for the new unit and made the change easy. I go into the office and make my payments each month and everyone working there is always pleasant and eager to help. Everyone working here are friendly, smiling, and understanding. Each time I have gone inside it has been a pleasant experience

I recently purchased a second home in Florida. But since Im not ready to furnish it, I decided I needed a storage unit that was capable of holding my possessions. Earlier this month, I stopped in to your facility on Missouri Ave. and loved the fact that it was climate controlled!!! Vicki and Jessica were very knowledgable about the units and were extremely professional at their job. I will be renting from you when the time is right for me to make the move down south!!!!
