Hello, I dont have a storage unit on the property, but wanted to describe my situation a little with John. He and I have been corresponding via phone as I am in Ga. He had a customer that has experienced dire straits for a while and I know this customer personally (they lived in Ga at one point) so I was trying to help both parties (both John and the customer) as the customer ran into hard times. John helped me do what I needed to do to help this customer by advising me pretty much every step of the way to ensure some of said customers most valuable items would end up in the safest hands, John went above and beyond the call of duty. Greedy and shameless. I received an email from Life Storage saying they would waive a month of fees due to Hurricane Irma. I thought this was a blessing because I was so strapped for cash and had to scrape up the money to make a payment. I didnt want to lose what little I had. When I called them about the email, they quickly reneged and offered a $15 credit for late fees. It took a tragedy like Irma for me to see I was dealing with people of poor character. Ill sever my ties with them as soon as I can afford to. Beware before you do business with them, in my opinion they are immoral and dishonest.

We moved our storage unit to this facility from the Uncle Bobs located on Drew near Belcher due to its proximity to our home. During this transition, which occurred on August 6, 2013, we were serviced by Store Manager Jennifer Sferra. Jennifer was extremely polite and professional, answering all our questions throughly. Because of her professional manner and ebullient personality, our transition was an enjoyable and pain free experience.

Ive been a true and loyal customer at Uncle Bobs, way before it became Life Storage. I have never, not once, had a complaint about their customer service, their reasonable prices, or anything else for that matter! They have a very courteous staff, whos willing to go above and beyond to help your every need. And of course the free moving truck with a new rental agreement helps out a lot also!! I will always stay true to Life Storage!!

Can not get ahold of anyone. Line is always busy. Ive been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks to Make my payment and no one answers. However, I do get an email that my payment is not late and now 15 days late and that my storage is not accessible until I pay. I email back and never get reply. I moved back home to Cincinnati and cant physically go there to pay it. Im only paying until I can afford to get a u haul.

I spoke with Al numerous times while in New York anticipating our move to Dunedin. Al told me not to worry call him 5 days before we plan to arrive and he would have a unit for me. He delivered It was great to have a friendly, knowledgeable person to speak with. These days of internet and middlemen I appreciated the direct contact and follow through with Al.

Al and Stu are extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will be moving into the area in a few days and needed a quick solution to my storage needs. I moved to Florida 4 years ago and rented a 10x15 unit at the McMullen Booth location. As I downsized I obtained a 8x10 unit at the N Myrtle location. It is so convenient. I feel safe going there and for a woman that is important. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Im very happy with the service provided.

Stewart and Al are very helpful and friendly. Stewart and Al are doing an excellent job of getting the area cleared up from all the debris after IRMA the hurricane. The units held up very well in the harsh conditions and my unit had no leaks or damage of any kind.
