I could not be happier with my experience with Public Storage. Bill, the manager at this location, is really what makes this particular Public Storage location such a gem. He was knowledgable, attentive, and genuinely concerned with making sure I had a good experience with the company. He went above and beyond to make a very stressful life transition into a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Public Storage to anyone because of him. I hope they give that man a raise - he deserves it! Thank you Bill for all of your help!

I have never used public storage before so I was really dependent on the manager to assist me in my decision. Bill was tremendously helpful in guiding me to the right size of storage unit. The size I originally requested was not going to hold all my items but I would not have been aware of that if Bill had not asked the right questions and pointed out the potential issues. I am very grateful for his kind consideration at the beginning of my experience and on a continuing basis. I offer a heartfelt "thanks" to Bill and to Public Storage.

I had been having issues getting assistanc with my account. Since my name was listed as an authorized and emergency contact no one would speak with me regarding my account, which is in my husnads name (Darryl). I saw all the stars near Bill so I decided to check with Bill. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a very caring attitude with regard to my issue. He was very pleasant to work with. He did guide me toward resolving my problem, and I wish that I had my belongings at his his location. He is absolutly outstanding. Thanks, Bill

We had a storage unit rented at another location and my husband went for the first time to drop off some boxes and discovered our unit wasnt available even though we had put a deposit down. I got on-line and requested a unit at Public Storage and got a phone even before I finished filling out the on-line reservations. I spoke with Diana and she was very helpful. My husband arrived 10 minutes later and she got him in a unit immediately, gave him some tips and a lock. It was a great experience, thank you Diana!!

Kimberly!!!!!! I dont like renting storage units, because the last time I was taken advantage of, so I reluctantly went in and i am MORE than grateful Kimberly was the woman helping me! She looked me in the eyes, told me everything I was to expect from them, listened to my sob story, gave sympathy, and was smiling the whole time. 5 star customer service, which you can tell matters to me. I dont write reviews, but it would have been wrong not to for this woman. GOOD. JOB.

Was quoted $1 plus $22 over the phone for first months rent. The second month was quoted a little over $100. When I got there, the unit was perfectly acceptable and he told me the lock came with the unit. Happy enough, I started on the paperwork. He then told me I owed $55 for the first month. Turns out, he wanted to charge me $18 for the lock plus 50% in taxes for the unit. Irritated at being lied to, I just left and got a unit at uncle bobs instead.

I was always unsure about having my loved items stored somewhere until I came to Public Storage on Highland Ave.. Bill does an excellent job of making you feel like your right at home!! Goes above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted ! Units are always clean as well as the surroundings. Bill always waves when I enter that assures me hes aware of the people entering and gives me a great peace of mind!! Excellent place everyone!!

Your manager Bill Ferrara is amazing!! Being new in town makes the task of settling in my new home as well as storage seem overwhelming. Bills easy demeanor and his attention to detail as well as over all customer service has made my struggle that much easier. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible at a reasonable cost. I had forgotten about this location and am glad I found it again. There used to be a gas station at the other end of the strip center and now there is not. The entrance looks much better and is well maintained. I was really glad to learn that the manager lives on site to keep an eye on your property and our possessions. Bill was very helpful in describing the rental specials and is an asset to your company.

I love Bill! He was so so SO helpful, & also a friendly face is really nice when youre exhausted from moving. :):) He immediately got us set up in the appropriate storage space, & got us all set for a big day of unpacking, with other things we needed, & pointing out the restroom, & air-conditioned area where we could rest. NEVER thought storing a household of items would be this easy. Thx, Bill!

Ok fist of all not all public storages are the same, some manigers are not the nicest people to put it nicely... however bill has always been honest and up front with all the quirks of useing public storage. That being said, this property is well kept and easy to use well lit and seems very secure. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unit...btw use there lock its just better

Our business venture finds us renting multiple units at various locations throughout three counties. I find the customer service demonstrated by Bill, the facility manager, to be of the finest caliber. The facility is nicely maintained as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this facility to other folks. Thank you for the opportunity to pass along my experience and opinion.

I went to this location to make a payment and it was closed for lunch. Bill, the manager, happened to see me, stopped what he was doing and came to assist me in making the transaction. I truly appreciate his wonderful service as it saved me from having to come back another time. Bill is always cheerful and very helpful. I would highly recommend using this location.

Public Storage usually does a good job, but this location run by Bill & Judd is outstanding. The facilities are nice & clean & on a hill for drainage. But Bill & Judd make the difference here...they are honest, nice, helpful, friendly, etc. I recommend this location to anyone in the general area who needs storage space, from a closet size to a full house unit.

Bill was helpful yet all hell broke lose. I had my things in there for a month. Went to get it all and LOST EVERYTHING to rats!! They pooped and pissed on everything, bit holes in my mattresses! I have no beds, no sofa, lost photos and clothes that are covered in rat pee. Even found a dead rat! Horrible horrible place! All this happened to my within a month!

Bill is great here at this location. He is always so patient with all of his customers, he is very keyed in on all the need to know information on renting a storage unit and will get you ready to go very quickly! We had a mix up and got charged a late fee and the corporate manager Don was able to fix it with no problem, she is also awesome! :-)
