Do not let the central uhaul reservation service make you pick up or especially drop off equipment here! First I had to wait over thirty minutes in line just to pick up my already reserved truck because they had only 2 cashiers on duty and 2-3 aisles unmanned. This made me late to pick up my stuff. When I turned in the truck at the correct time I asked one of the employees there what I should do and if I needed to come inside. She said to park it in this line of trucks where it was already and leave the keys in the cabin. Imagine my surprise when they leave a message on my phone the next day SAYING THAT I HADNT TURNED IN THE TRUCK! I called them and apparently they found the truck on their lot yet still didnt realize that it had been turned in on time the night before. I dont know if they just didnt ask any of their coworkers if they had parked that truck or if theyre more disorganized than that. They still think I just snuck it on to the lot in the morning. Thankfully they didnt charge me extra because it was within a day, but the ridiculous thing they did charge me for was to top off the gas, which is ridiculous because I had completely filled it at the gas station a block away right before turning it in. I tried calling them about it and they said the manager would call me when he got the chance that day but I havent gotten a call. Avoid this distributor, theres plenty of other good ones in the area.

This is the worst place to rent a u-haul from. Tammy (the lady up there in the photos) has THE WORST customer service. When we walked in, there was already a frustrated customer complaining about her and complaining about the long wait (there was a line all the way to the door). Tammy was being very rude to her. Then when it was our turn, shes barely paying attention to us and what we were doing because she kept talking on the walkie-talkie right in our face for minutes while we just sat there and twiddled our thumbs. Then once she gave us our total, she told us to swipe our card. We punched in our PIN number, and then told us once it was processing, that we should have done credit because now we just authorized for $75 instead of the quoted $49.95. I asked her to cancel and she said it was too late. When I spoke with her manager, she said she told the manager that she let us know before we did it (lied). I asked why we wouldnt just do credit if we would have known it would be a big difference like that. Then Tammy proceeded to say "I was trying to help you but I shouldnt have.. next time I wont!" So, long story short. Come to this location if you want HORRIBLE (arguably the worst) customer service.

Go anywhere else. Rent from anyone else. This place has the worse service I have ever received - of any kind - ever. After taking time off from work to get a hitch put on my car, I had to re-schedule because they overbooked themselves. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I had to stand in line for 50 minutes. It took 2 hours longer than I was told to install the hitch, and when it was done, the back door to my car no longer works. The 20% off they offered me does not financially cover my wasted time or gas spent on what will be at least 3 trips to them, nor does it cover the appointment that I missed while I stood in line Saturday. It certainly does not cover the aggravation of dealing with these incompetent people. I will never go to u-haul for anything again.

I rented a pickup for 2 days. On the 2nd day, I was called several times and harassed by the "manager", Tammy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even lied to me on the phone that my payment hadnt gone through, which it had, and demanded that I return the truck before it was due back. Its unbelievable the amount of disrespect that was given for no reason at all. I would not recommend going through this uhaul location. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. Hopefully they can find someone that understands customer service and has the skills to be a manager.

Customer service isnt at the top of the list of the UHAUL staff on Morse Rd in Columbus. Went for propane refill and waited for a half hour before I decided to leave. Two of us got there at the same time and another guy came bout 10 minutes later. All 3 of us had been inside to say we needed help. It wasnt that busy so I dont know what they were doing unless they were watching us sweat it out at the propane station. Thats the last time I use that particular store for anything. I recommend you find somewhere else to go. Ill even pay more elsewhere.

This place has slow service on the weekends and the equipment is not the best. I wish there was another in the area of the same size to make things better.This place is also a nightmare if a lot of people return their trucks at night the next morning you dont have anywhere to park because the return trucks take up most of the front lot.very poor design.They need to hire more people to work the front counter every weekend since that is when most people use uhaul nationwide. I guess they have booksmarts and no common sense. wow

I had a new hitch installed on my truck in less than 2 hours. The woman at the front desk couldnt find my computer order so she re-entered everything. She was nice and helpful. The orange motorcycle trailer I rented looked over 20 years old. U-Haul should have it repainted it or replace it with a new one. There was obvious rust and one of the fenders had started to separate from the body. The next larger trailer was in better condition but they dont have front wheel chocks for motorcycles, just tie down hooks.

Run away!!!! EVERY visit you make to this location, whether it is to pick up a rental, to drop off a rental, or to simply purchase packing supplies will result in a 30 minute wait (On average more like 45 minutes). No matter which day of the week, only two associates seem to be working at the front desk. And, when there is a rental pickup that associate will do the walk around with the customer thereby leaving one sole associate.

I had a scheduled reservation at this location after store hours at 8:30pm. When I came to pick up a truck, I started following the steps on the website for self pickup. It failed because they didnt assigned a truck to me and didnt leave keys. Spent 1hr talking to customer support just to figure that out. What a waste of time. Had to come back in the morning. At least they gave me a discount for ruining my evening plans.

The location is busy but the staff is nice, doing their best to accommodate customers. I used a 15ft truck a few weeks ago for my move and the truck was clean, ran well, and reliable. I would recommend location to anyone close by but to obviously expect there to be a line, as it is a big location, very high demand, and has lots of customers. Overall, my experience was great with this location.
