I lost everything I ever owned and collected over 25 years to R lake mini storage. Not exactly due to non payment either. I called and called and called, and either left messages that were never returned, or excuses. Honestly I think they lost my paperwork and had no clue who i was. Legal aid wouldnt initiate a case and any lawyer I called said it wasnt worth theyre time or effort. I lost all my ham radio equipment collection of many many years and many other items. Im heartbroken and I would have paid extra. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I have my stuff stored here but I cant ever get ahold of them... I had to be gone for a couple months and I need to pay my balance but nobody returns my calls when I leave a message idk what to do everything I own is in that unit
