I want to say thank you to Prattco Roofing for providing a great roofing experience. The crew that was sent to my house was wonderful. They showed up on time, answered all of my questions, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and the result looks amazing. The office staff is kind and helpful. I even asked for a special designer shingle color that they were able to give me at no additional cost. They did not charge me for any wood replacement. The quote that was given was the price I paid. Prattco is honest, professional, and highly recommended. Also the best price of 5 quotes. No reason to look anywhere else in Plant City or surrounding areas. Thanks again to all at Prattco!

Stay away!! I asked them to come out and give a quote for leaks in the roof, just like I asked Green Roofing Technologies. The owner came out and claimed he did some unauthorized work, proceeded to send me a bill and also sent an estimate for a real repair. The estimate was proof that I should shop. By the time Green Roofing Technologies came out a few days later the spot that Pratco supposedly patched was leaking and I ended up paying Green Roofing Technologies to fix it. Green Roofing was a lot more professional, and talked to me about what I wanted to do before getting authorization and doing the work.

This was the easiest part of buying the house. They made everything so easy. Cynthia in the office is wonderful and super supportive. The workers were clean and fast and it was done before I knew it. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with a roofer. I did my homework and chose the person with the best BBB score and it totally paid off. I would recommend them to everyone.

Call this company on roughly 3 weeks ago and it was based on the reviews listed. They referred me to a contractor and I was told he would stop by for the estimate that Thursday Evening or Friday morning and he never showed and has not called. I wish I could say my experience was great but I havent even gotten an estimate or a courtesy call to say they werent interested.

I got estimates from several companies. Most took their time getting back to me. Prattco (Stan) got back to me right away; not to mention the best price. The workers came out early and stayed late. Did a great job. Cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend them. I had the whole roof replaced including the flat portion.
