This was my first trip to Costa Rica and it could not have been more perfect!! Cyndy at Bruce Travel took care of everything. We stayed in Arenal at the base of an active volcano. Our hotel, The Royal Corin, was beautiful and the service was amazing. The pools and views from the hotel were breath-taking. Cyndy booked all of our transportation ahead of time and our drivers were extremely friendly, always on-time and I felt very safe. Our excursions were top notch and made our trip such a great adventure! And after speaking to a number of people during our trip, it became evident that our excursions were the best in the area. Having Cyndy book our trip saved us so much time and research and the price was very reasonable!! I cant wait to book my next trip with Bruce Travel!

Amazing trip! From the time we left to the time we came home it was perfect. Cyndy at Bruce Travel booked everything, from our car service to each and every excursion. We did 5 adventures... rappelling from a canyon, ATV tour, White Water Rafting, Volcano Hike, and Zip lining. We did all this in 4 nights/5 days. The hotel Royal Corin was great too! The service was excellent. We even had pastry cookies in our room every time we came home from an excursion. I dont think I will book a vacation without our Travel agent from Bruce Travel, Cyndy helping us. She made us feel very safe and secure while traveling to another country.

Our family made our travel arrangements through Bruce Travel and it was a snap. Cyndy is very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. We ran into trouble on our way home from Rome when my husband became ill at the airport. Cyndy had strongly recommended trip insurance so we all purchased a plan. What a life saver! We had medical expenses, additional hotel expenses, pharmacy expenses, etc. Cyndy changed our flights and re-booked at a later date, and all went smoothly. Good job, Cyndy! We will never go anywhere without your assistance!

We use Bruce Travel in Plantation for all our trips. Owner Cyndy gives us top notch service and always answers our phone calls. You can tell she cares and her prices are great. There is nothing like having a good travel agent. Weve been to Costa Rica, Italy, Bahamas, and now a RCL Cruise and she has never steered us wrong.
