I had already went here twice and things were fine. My hair turned out great. My third appointment I had requested a phone call to remind me of the time. I never received a call, but the day of my appointment, I showed up as soon as they opened. I was told they had to rearrange their schedule and that they were booked up all of October....Then, my telephone number was taken down again and I was told they would try to work me in the next day...People make mistakes, and they had done a good job the first two times, so I went with it. The next day I was called and told they did not have any color to do my hair, could we do it the following weekend. I said of course...Its been over week since I was supposed to have my hair done (the third appointment) and I have not received a call to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, I have found a different place to get my hair done. Poor service.

I cant speak to the talent of the stylists in this establishment, but I can say that we were most disappointed in the owner. She volunteered to order a hair product for us, charged us for the item but then didnt order it, didnt contact us about her (supposed) question regarding the order and never told us she didnt have it. We waited a week for it as well. When she refunded the money, she didnt refund all of it. Not a great experience, Lena.

Wonderful. Been using Lena for 10 years now & never disappointed. Always colors & cuts my hair just how I ask. Also did my hair for my wedding & turned out gorgeous and one of a kind. Friendliest & helpful coworkers as well. Cant go wrong here

I had an appointment with Katie for a cut and color, and she did AMAZING work. The staff is incredibly friendly, the salon is clean, and everything is reasonably priced. Definitely will use this salon again in the future!
