I went in here about a week ago to have my hair colored. I wanted to go from my dark brown to blue. I was aware that my hair would have to be bleached and then colored. That was fine with me. I was even told they might have to bleach it twice to get it light enough. Again, I was fine with that. My hair was bleached once, and they decided it was fine to do the blue. Apparently it wasnt fine. Not only is my color patchy, with big blonde patches, but the ends were brassy and came out an awful chlorine green. I was too shy to say anything while I was there as there was a ton of people waiting. Thats my mistake. But I paid A LOT of money, for a terrible color job. I will not be going back.

Alright, so I have tried master cuts in crossroads about four tries. Ive had the same person cut my hair there and always try to ask for someone new but she always insists on taking me. She never understands what I want and always always always cuts way too much off. I have an undercut too and I needed it trimmed and she just did the middle and left the rest alone. Like wtf dude its an undercut. Cut all of it. I just cant give mastercuts anymore trys. Sorry guys but every single time its been bad. I came home from my cut and cried for about an hour. I know itll grow back but its still SUPER short and nothing like what I asked for.

I had low expectations going in and they were definitely met. I asked for a shampoo and trim. She sat me down and she asked if I "really wanted my hair washed" as though she didnt want to. she spent less than 20 minutes on the grossly uneven cut. She seemed to have no desire to do a good job so I told her it was fine and went on my way. The really frustrating part is that she charged me the same price as my friend who actually did have a shampoo and cut.

I was growing my hair out of a pixie cut and started to develop a mullet in the back. I went in wanting to have it evened out a bit so that the front and sides of my hair would be even with the back. I knew going in that my hair wasnt quite long enough yet to be all the same length, but after I got the cut and went home I noticed that the back hair was noticeably uneven and looked like something my 4 year old sister would do. I had to have my mom fix it.

Went in with a picture in hand, and it looked nothing like we talked about and had to make it two inches shorter to even make it look decent to wear a hat with, said it looked good and went on my way. Very disheartening, make sure you dont have plans the same night where you want to look your best. Going to clipper it so at least it doesnt look like I tried to style it, very frustrating!!!

I hate it they screwed up my hair never go there they should be shut down and they say bad things about 4 star places when they dont even have 2 stars NEVER GO THERE
