Do not waste your time or $ here. Online check-in does not go smoothly so is a waste of time and stylists do not listen to what you want and are not familiar with cutting long layered hair with face-framing layers/bangs.

I asked for a half an inch off the top and they had cut over 2 inches off. They dont listen to their customers towards the end of the day and I heard them talking about how they dont like working.

They do awesome. they are super friendly. Never have i had a problem here. And there is especially NO lice there to worry about. Otherwise i wouldnt be going there, rating a 5 star if there was.

Poor service and staff was very slow. The staff were more interested in talking to eachother than focusing on their job of cutting hair. Stay away from this location.
