Great place to come if you like to wait. Two of the stylists finished at the same time, cleaned up their stations, then walked to a visible spot in the backroom and talked for another 10 minutes, with 6 people waiting for cuts. They finally came back out and meandered around the place sweeping random spots and chatting, completely ignoring the customers waiting. Meanwhile the manager sat and stared into space. They may be good at cutting hair, I dont know I walked out, but they have no idea what customer service is.

I finally found a hair stylist that did my hair the way I wanted it...Katie is awesome and I will continue to go to her in the future!! I got highlights and underneath I got a light brownish color and my hair looks great!!! Thank you Katie!!!

Both my Mom and I get our hair cut here. Jo does our hair and is very good! I must say that all the stylists seem very nice though! Seniors always get a discounted price which is great! Just a very fine place to go for a good haircut!

Id forgotten why I stopped coming to supercuts. Lobby full of patrons and stylists move like theyve got molasses in their veins and chatting with each other rather than cutting hair. Maybe next time Ill remember.

Worst experience I took my kid waiting for more than 1 1/2 hr and she start skipping peoples that came after us. They were very rude. If I was the owner I will be very concerned

Ive never had a long wait and the stylists are always friendly and professional. My whole family gets our hair cut at this location and keep going back.
