This FedEx center is absolutely incompetent. Ive been home for two days now awaiting a package that they just cant manage to drive over to my office. What they tell you on the phone doesnt match reality at all. They make promises before the scheduled delivery and then excuses afterwards. The driver even claimed he attempted delivery and that the residence or business was closed although I was in the office at the time and it never happened. Yesterday I was frustrated, today I am feeling more resigned to their total incompetence. What to do but post a Google review and hope that someone in corporate sees this and gives them the support that they need?

Too awesome! So I just got a package from Fed-Ex. I never answer the door when they come because I know they will just leave the package plus my dogs are crazy and try to bolt out the door and the said Fed-Ex/mailman/Ups person will often see their life flash before them when these two large dogs come bolting out after them in their crazy "the mailman is evil" barks and carry ons...Anyhow. I waited for fed ex to be well out of the vicinity to open my door and collect my new book. WELL..... Right there, resting on top of my package, was 2 large milk bones for my crazy pups!! How frickin cool is that. Thanks Fed Ex driver whom ever you are!

They apparently dont do ground service at this location and the only way I found out is because my package status had not updated in days. When I called to find out where my package is, they said that location doesnt do ground so we are going to investigate where it went. You would think when they guy scanned my package he would have said sorry miss, we dont do ground. But no, he said "youre all set" and now I have lost 6 days out of my 30 to return and I have no idea where my package is. My business will never use FedEx again.

I am writing about it because it happens every time. The Fedex delivery person doesnt leave any notice that he was at the location (I have a business location). I find out that the package was shipped long time ago from the senders (frustrated senders at that time). There needs to be done something about it, because the recipient needs to know he has a package to pick up! It seems the driver just drives by, sees the closed door and never bothers to actually stop by and leave a notice.

Someone stole a package and forged my signature. I wasnt even in town for the alleged delivery. I suspect either internal theft at Fed Ex or at least, gross incompetence for giving the package to someone without proper ID. Either way, pretty bad. Navigating the online system to even begin to do anything about this is burdensome to say the least. I will notify the police of a theft, they can decide what to do.

FEDEX Priority is a joke. The drivers used to deliver the Priority items are in such a hurry that they dont even knock on the door. They just leave a card which defeats the purpose of having the item delivered priority when you have to go pick it up. I never use FEDEX, but unfortunately sometimes they ship items to me via FEDEX and I have to suffer the consequences.

Very poor service. The staff wouldnt even help an elderly customer take her large package to her car, so I helped her myself. Then to put the icing on the cake, they couldnt get any of my credit cards to work with there machine. Thankfully the Chick-fil-A down the road had no problem getting the cards to work and I was able to relax over a milkshake.

Fedex did not came to my apart and they did not leave a note. I was all morning waiting and when I saw the tracking that afternoon they said that no body was home ! Bad service, bad way of working. Better UPS.
