DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!! The manager is a complete and utter prick! He has absolutely no customer service skills. His parents own the gym but he will deny this and claim "investors" but hes full of crap! I completed my 1 year contract and moved. I called to cancel the membership and he said I had to come down and give a signature which he knows is nothing shy of an inconvenience and I dont have time to do that. He said its policy and when I said well since your the "GM" then you can over ride that and he stated "Yes I can, if I see just cause" Apparently the fact Im on my way to Afghanistan isnt "justifiable cause " in his book! Plain and simple dont give this PF your business cause the moment you try to leave he will continue to scam money out of your account even if you withdraw consent. I had to place a block on my bank account to prevent that business from stealing money from me anymore ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Also ever since they upgraded they no longer have free weights or any bench press, cause they are "trying to elimate athletes from the gym as to not intimidate gym goers who are not athletic" Also it should be noted that the manager stated they needed my "wet signature " so I had to either come into the gym in person or mail in a signed letter, I asked can I just email a signed letter and I was told NO cause it has to be a "wet signature ". Well I go in to sign the cancellation with my pen in hand and low and behold they have me do an ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ON THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD READER!!! What a crock of $hit!!! I would have been a return customer if it werent for the fact he cares nothing about his customers and they didnt remove the free weights.

You get what you pay for and even less. Much of the equipment is broken or in poor or no maintenance. Cant count how many times I had to go to front desk and tell them about loose bolts or missing bolts on equipment, wore out ring clips and damaged equipment that isnt safe to use. The equipment they have is very limited because of moronic corporate rules (might as well turn them all into Curves gyms) which severely restrict what they can have. For example, they are not allowed to have rowing machines. Free weights are an after thought and limited (dumbbells only go to 75lbs). Dead lifting is not allowed among many other things. Women are not allowed to show midriffs no matter how toned, dont want those that are not tone being offended and judging you in the judgement free zone (what a joke). I have worked out at many gyms over the years and this gym by far has the WORSE smelling mens locker room I have ever been in. Then this leads us to the price yeah $10.60 a month is cheap, but then what kind of clientele do you think gravitates toward the cheapest option in town?

Where else does a gym owner donate $500.00 to a local food drive for Thanksgiving for the needy families in town. AWESOME Best Gym around. The Black Card membership is unbeatable. Haircuts, massage chairs and beds, personal trainer. The staff is awesome, very helpful and the guests your bring are treated the same. I have been going at all different times daily for years and it is the same every time I go. I have used the black card in Alabama and North Florida also with the same results. The machines have always worked or are fixed immediately when a problem is mentioned. Highly recommend to all ages and families. Great atmosphere, great people, great workout. My son has been at many gyms in Brevard County and has come back to PF, especially for the price and various pieces of equipment. he said you cant beat the bang for the buck.

I have been a member of a wide variety of gyms, however none as unique and friendly as this one. I pay only $20 per month and I receive free massage, hair cuts, tanning, and body sculpting. You cannot beat that price!!! Hands down, they are the best in town. In addition, I travel often and they have one in just about every major city. Their gym is very clean, sterile, and staff are ALWAYS friendly, professional and courteous. I enjoy working out there because it is never jammed pack, the locker room is always clean and they are open 24 hours. When you sign up they give you a free t-shirt or gym bag and have free promotional ways to inspire and motivate you to not only lose the weight, however keep it off. I really enjoy this gym. Check it out! They are located in the corner plaza of Barton and US1.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! The ownership is a classic example of give me your money so I can get rich while giving you as little as possible in return. The pads on the weights are always old and or missing. The handles you need to use on the cable machines are missing half the time. The owners are total jerks who will yell at you for breaking their various and un-posted rules about sitting at their tables, leaving your bag in a locker, talking to their employees, etc.. Very unfriendly group that treats their regular clients like vermin off the street. There are many much nicer gyms in the area to go to where they have friendly atmospheres and the people you are giving your money to each and every month actually treat you like a paying customer. TERRIBLE GYM!

All of these negative reviews must be written by trolls from the competing gyms in the area. Dont believe them. This is one of the best gyms in Brevard County, by far. It has loads of free weights and machines and is very spacious. Four Smith Machines, three pulldown machines, two seated pulley row machines . . and so much more! Loads of cardio machines. The dumbbells do only go up to 75 lbs., but that is plenty for most people. Its very clean and the locker room is just fine. The management is always friendly. The cost is so low that its a no-brainer to make this the gym to go to. I loved it the moment I walked in and havent left . . !!

Post May-2016 Remodel Review. The result is bad for anybody who likes free weights. No more free weights, no more bench press, no more preacher curls, Much of it has been replaced with Hammer Strength, which I like Hammer Strength machines, but theres not enough. And in my opinion, Hammer Strength should supplement free weights, not replace them. If anything get rid of the other machines that Hammer Strength makes redundant and obsolete. The preacher bench was not replaced with a Hammer Strength machine, it was just removed. You dont get rid of free weights at a gym - period. Im going to be looking for a new gym.

Very unhappy, buyouts on contracts that are punitive, contracts are not available digitally so if you want to read it you must physically go to the location, cancel orders are accepted only in person or snail mail, extricating yourself from this relationship appears to be made purposefully difficult to confound your ability to cancel. Managers & employees could not care less about making a customer happy, its been a long time since Ive spoken w/ such a backwards, inefficient and disinterested group. Go pick things up and put them down somewhere else that understands customer relationships.
