My husband and I worked with Shabaka for a year and the results were astounding! We lost weight, gained muscle, looked and felt better than we ever had and my doctor was so excited and pleased at the difference in my CRP level (measures inflammation in the body) and my A1C level (measurement of pre-diabetes). My experience with Plantfit Gym was great. My trainer Shabaka was very good. He taught me alot about the plant base diet and healthy eating. He also taught me proper breathing techniques during our workout sessions. I lost 10lbs while training with Shabaka! I would definitely recommend this program to anyone that wants to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.....
