Got stranded on Sanibel when our truck died. As a AAA member, I called roadside assistance which usually provides fast, efficient service. They told me Island Garage would be there within 45 minutes to tow is back to Cape Coral. After several more calls to AAA to inquire why the tow truck hadnt arrived yet, they finally showed up over 2 hours later. The driver said he was late due to a miscommunication. Pretty poor customer service, especially when we were going to be paying the tow company over $100 for the tow since we lived more than 5 miles from where our vehicle broke down.

Called this place up to see if I could use their air compressor to blow up my raft , the gentleman that answered the phone seemed like he was annoyed with it and he just rudely hung up on me. Guess he doesnt like vacationers or tourist which is 50% or more of his business.
