First, it started with Fred. I called on Saturday because I was frantic about my Betty (BMW) 328i that stalled out while I had my daughters (2) in the car with me some 60 miles away from home. I am a single mom. I didnt know where to turn or what to do and AAA was giving me trouble. Fred was calm and informative. He knew what to do. He said, "Get the car here as soon as you can and we will start working on it so that you can get answers." I felt relieved. I couldnt follow the car but I contacted them 20 minutes before close and got some answers but had to wait until Monday to find out more... Enters Chris. Chris finished the transaction by telling me it was something to do with some sensors and he was so happy that it wasnt anything worse. He offered solutions and seemed to be on my side. I was so worried about cost. I could only afford so much right now. I had to pay my rent. He offered a house payment plan and that helped me so much. Chris was kind and friendly and wasnt rushing me off of the phone. I even added an oil change to the service because poor Betty was 11,000 overdue for that. Chris took care of everything. When I picked up my Betty on Monday, she looked good and so far she is running smoothly. I was told about the guarantees and if there is something to happen, I will have coverage no matter where I am stuck. I felt safe had comfort thanks to Chris. I WILL BE GOING BACK. I will be telling my friends. I am so thankful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dodge this place like your life depends on it. If you are a woman, and no thing about cars, this is the type of place ppl warn you about. They will try to sell you stuff you dont need and will not fix the problem on your car. You walk in there pay the money and then leave with the exact same problem you originally went in for. Or your car works for a week or two and then messes up again. They talk a good game and will make you "feel" comfortable. Give you an estimate and all of that. The main problem with these guys is they know what the problem is. Instead of fixing it they will only fix part of it knowing it will give problems later on and you will come back. Beware!

Went in for an oil change. They showed me a worn belt and said I could use a fuel flush (upsell). I asked how much it would cost and they said $160 so I was expecting about a $210 bill. Final bill came to about $350 because they didnt include the $140 belt when I asked how much it would cost after his spiel. They literally ran to auto zone to buy the belt while I waited (overheard them talking because another customer came looking for the guy) which I found out later was a $20 belt. They charged $60 for it plus labor which Im mostly ok with. I also found out later that a fuel flush is mostly a joke unless youre using crappy fuel. I always use premium in my sports car. They didnt ask anything about my fuel history.

I Love this place to death , i have brought every car i owned to this establishment . Fred the owner is always so kind and knows how to make his customers feel safe and appreciated . Out of all of my times there Both Chris the manager and Fred has always seemed to do the most they can to help . We need to support more shops like this . The techs there are all certified and know what they are talking about ! From my BMWs to My audis these guys know what there doing and always leave me satisfied with their work . Not to mention there excellent warranty policy and the awesome credit line they have to offer ! I never see these guys trying to get over on anyway ! Would reccomend to everyone in our small city !

This is by far the best service Ive experienced from any auto shop here in Ocala. Staff is very professional, answered my questions, and the prices are satisfactory. Pep Boys (no offense) has nothing on these guys. I will be recommending this place to everyone. If any other businesses are reading this review, remember this: Customer service is ALWAYS the key. My battery wouldnt crank today and I had two of my kids with me. Came out of Target and it was dead. Walked over to PepBoys and they were pretty unwilling to help in any way. So, we walked over to Tuffys. Awesome staff! Loaded me and the kids up and brought a jump box. Jumped us right away and made it to my sons DR. Apt! Thank you to your wonderful staff. You saved the day! As well as earned a customer for life!

I was a first time customer feeling the shop out as a woman and I was extremely pleased. Went in worried and afraid not knowing nothing about cars and Fred took extreme care of me telling me my car was 100% safe to take my road trip to orlando with my 7 month old daughter , Will be back definitely.

Highly recommend ... very knowledgeable and friendly staff .... 2010 BMW 335i coupe Alignment and water pump with thermostat ... well worth it... paid half the fraction that the BMW dealer would charge... no problems car is runny great ..

Came here after leaving the Chevrolet Dealership getting a repair quote(429) for a light bulb. These guys were great and did the job for 70 dollars. I recommend you try them out!
