bought a coil spring spacer for my old truck and asked chuck to put it in . after a few hours i got a call back and was told that the aftermarket springs that had been installed by the previous owner were just slightly bigger than the factory set. so the spring spacer wouldnt quite fit. however they had spent 4 hours trying and trying to make it work . and broke 3 spring compressors in the process . i apologived and asked how much i stilled owed them for the laybor and i wasnt made to pay anything they said that we couldnt do anything or instal the lift for your truck so we dont want to charge you . bought a new truck tho and will definately be there again to install a spindle lift to it . good people with good morals

Just had a great experience working with Chuck even though I still havent met him. I own a used car lot about two hours away in Melbourne, FL and one of my customers had a fuel pump go bad on I-4 near Plant City. Chuck treated my customer well and took the time to talk me through everything over the phone. He replaced the fuel pump quickly so that my customer could get back on the road. Absolutely Perfect! I priced the same tires on the internet and they were cheaper at Chucks. Their staff was professional and since I just had my wheels freshly powder coated, they took extra special care of them and made certain not to scratch them. experience people and ok staff, my boyfriend bring hes work truck in and the BOY at the front desk was very rude to my boyfriends boss. Not only did he say they where late even though they where 15 min early he also said that it would be a few min before the truck got checked out. it look 45 min for someone to check out the truck. happy with the service but NOT happy with the front desk.

Dropped my tires and rims off at 7:30am to get mounted and balanced, at 2pm they hadnt been touched. Only 1 of the So much for the hour I was told on the phone. Customer service needs attention. It seemed to be dysfunctional and unorganized around the front desk. Took my tires and wheels somewhere else on thr way home and had them mounted and balanced within an hour.
