I was new to the area & took my car to this business from the recommendation of someone who was a customer years ago (when it was under different ownership). Big mistake on my part! Within 1 month I had my car in for a multitude of problems. The last time my car was in & out of there 3 different times over the course of only 1 week. The 2nd visit they had the car 2 full days, & then had the gall to charge me for both parts & Labor on parts they admitted to breaking! After reluctantly paying the bill I drove away in my car which had NO BRAKES! Whoops, back to P.C. Tire & Auto again.. I guess they were too quick to try to pull a fast one & didnt road-test the vehicle before sending me on my way. Thats safe. My old mechanic always said, "no mechanic worth anything will ever charge you for diagnosing a problem, or for problems they cause through bad work and/or diagnosis". That is why I will not return to this shop, and YOU should not go there either. Im now involved in a dispute with them through the Better Business Bureau. Instead of dealing with the problem at hand, the owner has decided to fabricate stories & tell a series of flat-out lies. The way hes decided to handle this has now caused him to lose many customers at my place of employment. These people used to take their cars there for basic oil changes & tires & had not had a problem before.

Very friendly staff and was very knowledgeable and had great prices on tires. The owner always goes out of his way to help you even if they are busy. Would recommend Olin Mott to anyone. Thank you for fixing my Toyota Yaris.

I called other car repair places in plantcity , like firestone and the little hometown places.Ollin mott was qouted me 360.00 less. I recived High RECOMMENDATIONS from people who where getting their cars worked on too!!!!!!
