My Wife got an appointment for 13:00 and we came in 10 minutes before the appointment for full color and highlights. The started and paint the roots and started the highlights. After the girl wash her hair on the room, she came and told my wife that she will be unable to complete her appointment and hair drying because her next appointment for 3:30 pm just arrived and she basically kick my wife out charging me for a total of $180.00 with out the hair drying. The owner was there and she make nothing that was disrespectful totally and the best they can do is to tell the 3:30 appointment to wait and apologize with him instead we coming out with the hair wet. This never happen before to me at any place. I ended in another Beauty drying my wife hair and the did a better work on that, this was the worst appointment ever and I cant believe you treat customers like a pice of crab. By the way the owner said that the receptionist do appointments and they dont know how much hair is for each client so they dont know how much will my wife be waiting and the time need. That is bull$&@ ! I would not recommend this place at all.

8/6/16 I found Ravin salon on line and after some nice reviews, I decided to book an appointment. I was a bit uneasy, because I was in town for the weekend for a wedding anniversary, and not familiar with the area. However, for starters the young woman at the counter was welcoming, polite and just very nice! I went in for a shampoo, blow dry/flat iron (my hair is past my shoulders) and Katie was the stylist who did my hair. She did a wonderful job and had a lovely personality! She was very easy going and nice to chat with. I felt comfortable with Katie :) She didnt burn my scalp, had gentle hands and gave me a nice scalp massage while washing my hair. That area by the way, is closed off for privacy and they purposely made it low lighting for a relaxing "spa" like ambiance while your hair is washed. My overall experience was great. The price was also very reasonable and the place was neat, clean and very well represented by the staff. I definitely recommend Ravin in St. Cloud. Kudos to them and Katie for great service!

Im not a new client but Im So dissatisfied with today service . I went to Ravin hair I had an appointment arrive 10 minutes prior my appointment. I went for full head highlights,roots and blow dry hair. Once they were done with color and finishing washing my hair I was informed that they couldnt blow dry my hair because the next client was about to arrive. I spent 180.00 they were asking for a tip . The only thing that they offer was a complementary blow dry for the next appointment. I dont understand why they have to ask me to come back another time! Neither why they couldnt ask the other client to wait until they were done with me. Im a very disappointed with Katie also the owner I did not ask for a discount. I just want my hair done . Telling me was Katie fault doesnt solve the situation I ended up going to another beauty salon to finish my hair plus paying more money!

I have been a customer at Ravin Hair for years... and I absolutely love their new location, what a beautiful hair salon this is! I especially love the seperate hair washing area, with the dim lights and mood music it is totally relaxing! I love walking out of the salon feeling beautiful again. Did I mention they are also master colorists? Oh yes, I constanly get compliments on my hair color and cut - which is the true measure of going to the right beauty salon, right?

The salon is very trendy and always clean. The team is extremely polite and pleasant. Ive had two stylists cut my hair there and they both did a great job. I especially love how the sinks are separate from the rest of the salon in a private room with dim lights. Very relaxing! I highly recommend this place.

Super amazing experience! The staff was lovely and the salon was clean, modern, organized and more than anything relaxing! Katie was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Washing my hair was my favorite part too... You must give them a try. You wont regret it! :) (prices are great too)
