Dear Dear Robin, Dont sweat the small stuff... Your manager should know that you rudely snapped at me assuming I was attempting to abuse the complementary coffee. The idea of "complementary" is to provide the customer, "me" with a more pleasurable experience. The idea of a pleasurable experience is to promote future, or repeat sales. I assure you as a Human Resources specialist, the unfavorable and frankly rudeness of your assertion based on assumption is indeed against your company strategic human resources policies. ROBIN STATES- “Sir this is complementary coffee, not for you to fill your mug!”

Cant believe I trust her the lady named Robin, I showed her the hair style picture and she totally messed my hair up.. my hair was long and i want her to cut shorter like the picture with nice bang. She just asked how short i want and cut right off, then cut off my bang as the length I want( looks terrible) and blowed dry them, I was worried but didnt bother her if she done the cutting yet, after that she showed me the mirror and said i need to put sthin on my bang to keep them look good( wth??) i couldnt say a word. Just paid her because i didnt want to cry right there
