This establishment deserves NO STARS! This place is substandard at best. I was referred to this facility after my regular dry cleaner (Oceania Executive Dry Cleaners) closed its place of business and combined resources with this horrific overcrowded store. I dropped off my clothing (containing uniforms required for work) for a wash and fold service and was told that my items would not be available until January 4, 2012 as indicated on my ticket/receipt. I attempted to retrieve my needed clothing on January 10, 2012 and was told by the unsympathetic clerk at the ticket counter, "sorry we are very busy, come back later today." I find this standard highly unacceptable since I am picking up my clothing much later than date indicated on my ticket/receipt. In my opinion I would NOT RECOMMEND bringing your clothes to SUNNY ISLES CLEANERS unless you want your clothes held hostage. I am going to make another attempt today (January 11, 2012) to pick up my clothing. Hopefully, I will be able to get my uniforms for work or I may have to purchase additional clothing or wash my uniforms that I have at home. Bring your clothes here at your own risk of retrieval.

Let me just say that I have never wrote a review before, but I just want to warn other people. I would not give this place even a single star, but I cant post a review without any stars. This place is terrible. Please think twice before coming here. Unless you want to get charged a lot of money for an awful job. I brought my white dress to be dry cleaned here. And I showed specific small stains on it to be removed. When I picked up the dress, not only that all the stains were still there but it was also not white, but a dull white (almost ashy grey) it looked old! They offered me to wash the dress. But it clearly says on the label that you have to dry clean only. I refused for the dress to be washed and they told me I still had to pay for the terrible dry clean job they did. (And by the way, this dress have been dry cleaned before in different place and was perfect.) Never coming here again. And would not recommend for anyone. They dont care about the job they do, nor do thy care about their customers.

Very expensive. Terrible service. They didnt even try cleaning my clothes. They put plastic over dirty clothes that was supposed to be cleaned charged me over $200.00 and gave it back to be. The stains even the smell was there. When they were confronted they insisted they cleaned it. They need to be shut down.

The worst experience ever. This dry cleaners ruined my expensive shirts and they do not even want to compensate me anything. Owner is super rude. I believe this place should be shut down.
