The customer service at my dry cleaners is excellent. I love that the people who work there take the time to get to know your name and are always pleasant and efficient. Im a regular customer and have a black bag for my dry cleaning and shirts and its so convenient to just drop it off without having to wait for someone to inventory the contents. And its fabulous to get the $5 rewards when Ive earned them! Im so happy to have this dry cleaner/laundry service near to where I do my shopping also. I rate them a four star team.

We just moved to the area and I was apprehensive trying a new cleaner. Dry Cleaning Depot was next door to Publix, so I figured it was worth a trial visit. My husbands shirts are done beautifully with temporary cuff links in the cuffs, his slacks are perfect, and the one day turnaround is incredible. They even send an email when your order is ready! I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I give the service and staff 5 stars, but it seems not only this dry cleaner, but also many others have lost their touch. They managed to ruin all of my suits by using a extremely hot press. I never had any issues in NY or Tampa. It seems no one knows how to press a suit and paints without burning the fabric and leaving nasty marks.

Is OK but I object the fact that you keep I insisting to process my linen shirt by Dry Cleaning instead the normal cotton shirt. We wash my linen shirt at home with the rest of the shirts. Another comment is that when we pick up 3 to 4 shirts, they are tightly together tha we have to iron them again Fiego Polo

They ruined my expensive shorts and wont help with a refund , I will be taking them to small claims court to help resolve the issue , they have been elusive in trying to resolve this issue , which could have been easily done by saying they were sorry and cutting a check so I could replace them

The folks at this Dry Clean Depot are always friendly and courteous. Usually it so happens that Gilbert is there when we pick up or drop off. As we approach the counter, Gilbert will greet us whether or not he is with a customer and begin to process the order. Keep up the good team work.

Worst service ever. Not all the people that works there. Only that tall guy. Whoever they give the shirts to be clean SUCKS. I tried it twice and every time something is wrong. Same day service of you come in before 9am n2 days later I still dont have all of my shirts. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I dropped couple of shirts there, they were not clean as I aspected. When I showed them at pick up how was "cleaned" they said they dont handle complains, need to contact the main office. I didnt get money back cause the service cost money.
