Brought in 3 white shirts to get cleaned and pressed. When I picked them up I identified grease stains that were not there when I dropped them off. Rather than fix the problem they gave me my shirts back, asked me to leave and told me, "we cannot be perfect you should take your business elsewhere." I prefer working with small businesses but this one has a lousy customer service policy.

My wool suit reeked of the dry cleaning solvent, perc, after I picked it up. Evidently the company doesnt evaporate the solvent properly, or worse, they are using recycled cleaning fluid that is not purified. Liberty Cleaners has lost me as a customer.
