since they opened I used their services, they are very responsible and attentive in their work, always have all my clothes,sheets and blankets ready for when the asking; attention in the store is excellent; I also tried the delivery and perfect...so if you are someone who works hard and has no time this service will make things easier and they are always ready; I recommend it 100%, are fast efficient responsible and treat your clothes as if they were of them. sewing service is wonderful and very practical for those who do not know or put a button on a shirt or have to make some sewing clothing, I recommended it to my family and friends and they are happy with the service oxxo :), you have to go or call really excellent service:) ... a happy customer :):):)!!!

I gave my clothes to be cleaned, for nest day service. and I needed a button to be put back on one pair of pants.nothing major. I was called to pick my stuff up the next day. when I got there I was told to pay first . I said I need to verify and then pay, she said no you have pay first. thats a red flag right there. Sure enough, the alteration was NOT DONE . the girl told me to leave the pants so they can do them, I am going away for two weeks, its inconvenient for me . And you had a chance to do it right the first time. you lost a customer. and you just opened a month ago. good job. I hope people read this review.

My husband and I used to live in Miami and were used to use OXXO Care Cleaners. Now we moved over to Lake Nona and found out there is also OXXO not only in Miami but also where we live right now!.... since we moved weve been using them as soon as we found out they were open and I can assure that there is not another dry cleaner better than OXXO!! We never have time to pick up when they are open so we use the ATM machine 24/7 which is the most convenient way for us! Thank u guys for the great service!

I hate bringing things to the cleaners. My work schedule just doesnt match up well. So, when I found out that for most things I need dry cleaned I only need to use a card they give you to pick up your items after hours. Huge help for me! My dress came out lovely and they use plastic shoulder protectors on the metal hangers so that your items dont get creased. Love that last bit!
