Had used them for a while BUT recently they RUINED 3 boutique pieces that went in with no stains but they tried togive back with purple stains on the backside of 1 item and purple stains on the hem of a dress The 3ed item had stains all over the front. They did clean them twice but still tried to say they looked good ,Then they offered to let us keep the pcs. and they would make a partial payment. THEY FINALLY REIMBURSED OVER $300. AFTER 4 WEEKS They blamed the employees at their subcontracted plant as they were notified of a layoff. Though they claimed they changed contractor cleaning plants another botique pc(silk) that was 1 week old from bloomingdales came back ruined again and they tried to sneak it back to us within other items , When notified the nnext day-they claim that it could not of been done by them that the piece may of been faulty. In process of taking them to court -DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO TINKERBELL DRY CLEANERS

I wish I could give "0" Stars. this place is under new management and they have increased their rates. They charge outrageously if your shirts have plastic buttons cos now it needs to be dry cleaned instead of laundered. They claim they are responsible if the button breaks .. so rates are now doubled. Same thing for womens shirts ..they are now considered blouses and need to be dry cleaned .. total ripoffs. And they also ruined one f my wifes shirts although they did reimburseme .. btu cannot get the same work shirt anymore. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere ..

This place is horrible. I took two pairs of pants in. One because I had a brown food stain and the other because I had two pen stains and they were dry clean only. Not only did they not get out any of the stains on either pants, they shrunk my dry clean only pants. After looking at the pen stain which remains on the pants but is a little faded and seeing how the pants shrunk I am starting to think this place may just wash, dry and iron their cloth and try to pass it off as dry cleaning.

The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. My dress wasnt ready and I was supposed to leave the next morning (6AM) for my cousins wedding. They got the dress and brought it back to the store after hours to accomodate my needs. The alterations services are INCREDIBLE. My garments dont look altered--they look perfect--as though I just picked it off the rack to fit me like a glove. Definitely use them for your cleaning and alterations needs.

There are too many dry clean and alteration options out there to put up with very poor customer service. It took them 2+ weeks and several follow-ups by me, both on the phone and in person, for me to finally receive my shorts back that only needed a new button. And after all this, do you think they offered a refund or credit or a discount? Nope!

Have had issues with military clothing coming back with issues. Do not recommend if you also need your items back on time, has been three weeks now and still my wedding dress has not been returned to me, they had to call to track it down.

Gave my Express blazer to another customer over a month ago! Still waiting for my refund! The absolute worst. One job to do.... and they couldnt do that! You decide for yourself if you want this type of treatment as a paying customer.

They have signs and say same day service but after, they say it wont be available til 4 days after for a simple dry clean. No alternation or nothing, just dry-clean. Waste of time.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER THEY RUINED MY DRESS CLOTHES!!! and then the lady there gave me an attitude when I said something about it!!! worst experience ever!!!

Yes I agree with all these unhappy customers they trashed multiple dress shirts. Buttons ruined bad startching marks etc the list goes on and on.
