Firstly, they will not tell you the price up front. If they do tell you a price, it will likely not be the right one. Secondly, before I go into detail about how the prices work, every garment I gave them shrunk. We pay extra to avoid these things, but in that regard Hangers completely failed. As for prices, you pay after your clothes are done being cleaned. Do not be surprised if they initially tell you a number, you agree to it and hand over your garments, and then find out during pick up that the price is double what they told you. I asked them about where I could find their pricing so that I would know in the future, and their response was that they have no way of knowing. The computer "generates it based on a lot of things". It seems to me that they can price things however they want. After all, if you arent able to pay you dont get your clothes back. When I went to pick everything up, I was charged $7.00 for a shrunken childs pair of pants, $9.00 for a shrunken childs jacket, $8.00 for another shrunken childs jacket, and $8.00 for a shrunken childs vest. Plus, there was an additional "environmental fee" of $1.10 for the first two items and $1.15 for the second two items. The pricing makes very little sense, and they had no way of explaining the differences. Nor would they explain the "environmental fee". I understand they are trying to be environmentally friendly, but I dont agree with paying extra and not knowing how exactly the environment is benefiting from that. Most awful experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. Plus, for how much you pay for the dry cleaning, the venue looks very dirty and cheap on the inside. I was very taken aback. Ive posted a review for this Hangers location on other sites as well, to help as many people make informed decisions as I can.

My dad has been a customer since the day they opened. Unfortunately the only consistency is the nice lady that does the tailoring. We am done doing business with Hangers. We went in to drop off laundry and dry cleaning on Saturday and the new person, an inexperienced person, told us we could get our cleaning on Wednesday. We said no we needed after 5PM on Monday. She said Wednesday. She then started telling me how tired she was and if all my clothes has bar codes. She frankly did not want to process my order on Saturday and left it for another person to process on Monday. My order was not ready on Monday as she said it would be and told we could pick up on Tuesday. I went Tuesday after 5pm AND ONLY ABOUT HALF MY ORDER WAS READY. We asked where the rest of our order was and told it would be there Wednesday. The new person got her wish...Wednesday. When we asked why she simply said the factory has been very busy. Very sloppy unprofessional business as she argued with me about her saying if the clothes dropped off had bar codes. As I said they have just lost a very good customer. Sad the youth of today simply are lazy and not concerned about good customer service.

What an awful experience! Sent in two pairs of pants and a jacket. One pair got all crumbled up on the sides while the other crumbled up plus some scraping on the material. There was a large patch of wrinkle behind the collar of the jacket and on the front the chest part became uneven. Of course its my own fault since my clothes are really "poor quality" instead of admitting the poor quality of their work. $250 worth of clothing ruined and not a single "sorry". Avoid this store.

In two years I have been charged and given someone elses clothes while my items remaining missing with the offer of a token credit for the missing trousers and no refund on someone elses cleaning. If you are missing clothes dropped off to Hangers, send me a message, odds are you wont see them again, and Ive already paid for your cleaning! If this has happened twice to me, I can only imagine how often this happens.

Way over priced and always up charge you!! Dry clean shirts to make it twice as expensive when they should be laundered. Told me I had a credit for overcharging me another time and never received one. Quality is good but I wont go back

This place is awesome.. came in on an emergency basis.. and they jumped right to it.. but most of all these 3 ladies kept a smile on their face and ensured me that they will do everything possible and I have no worries..
